Mrs. Shari is phenomenal! From the countless hours she put in for our family whether it was same day viewings of properties that just listed to the Sunday evening text of questions from my husband or myself. She won’t rush you to make that sale as she is quick to point out of something isn’t right. She truly had our best interest at heart! If she didn’t have the answer that second you can guarantee she would find out and get back to you that day. It was such a pleasure working with her as she is now a long time friend. Sherri helped us get our first home she was always on top of deadlines and paid a lot of attention to our needs. We have been trying to get a home for over 4 years off and on with no luck. Where do I even begin with this review, Shari is an amazing realtor and has become so much more to us. Shari has helped my SO and myself find a home that fit our wants and needs. Shari was one of 20 realtors that called me when I inquired about a home. The reason we moved forward with Shari was that she spent over an hour on the initial phone call with us, and as First-Time Home Buyers, this was eye opening. Other realtors were trying to show me homes that were way out of our price range, and trying to talk us out of communities we were looking at, Shari strictly respected our budget and provided us with detailed information about the community. Countless times, Shari would schedule with us outside of normal business hours because we both work full-time jobs. This resorted to her working the weekend the majority of the time, or late evening conference calls with lenders. There was one house in particular that we were drawn to, however something kept telling us no, she showed us this house FOUR times. We decided to keep it on the back burner just incase and began to feel hopeless about our home search. Shari found a home that met our criteria and at the time was “our dream home” and submitted an offer at MIDNIGHT for us, however we weren’t selected due to the monetary offer. Something to keep in mind, we had already looked at over 15-20 houses at this point with Shari. Shari went as far as sending out an SOS to find a home that wasn’t on market yet with other realtors, and located a gem. Through the inspection process and appraisal, Shari worked hard to coordinate everything to fit everyone’s schedule. Shari sent emails reminding us of deadlines, and made sure we were on track so our contract wouldn’t die. Our offer on our *new to us* house was in Mid- February and we closed March 21st without hiccups on her end. I would always recommend Shari to any first time home buyer, or someone who needs someone who is open to having an honest conversation about the home buying experience.
