Absolutely amazed with the service and professionalism of this company! They were quick, clean, and explained everything in perfect detail so we were informed about everything! My daughter turned 5 on April 20th we had her party Saturday April 24th Party Zone did amazing they even worked with me on finding another way to stake down the slide since we didnt have grass.. they showed up on time the guy was realy sweet answered all our questions my son turns 3 in June and we will be using them again

Fantastic service easy setting up appointment with the gal on the phone. We ended up changing the theme to the kids birthday and they changed to bounce house request two days before. The day of the party the gentleman that delivered the bounce house was 15 minutes early and had it up and going in no time. Then he came back at 4 pm was a minute or so late but it did not bother me at all. Overall if I was able to give 20 stars I would. We will be using these folks again.

I absolutely love party zone for my kids birthday parties. They always have a unit available at the right time. Last 2 years we got a princess water slide and a double orange slid both were great for the kids and my husband and I said we will always use party zone and noone else. Huge shout out to the driver he was very professional and asked lots of questions to find out where we wanted it and what direction we wanted it faced, he was right on time to drop off and pick up we look forward to working with him in the future. And thank u to who helped me with reservation I know I was probably a handful but we got it😁

We have rented an inflatable water slide for 4 years in a row and the staff and service are comparable to none! Even with a slight mix up on my part this year, they were so accommodating and helped to make my little guys birthday party unforgettable! I highly recommend them for all of your bounce house needs.

My daughter and her party enjoyed the party zone experience. It was last minuet for me to plan her party because of the weather. I ordered 2 weeks before and the delivery was prompt, and we all enjoyed the bounce castle. A gentleman came and set it up for me and came back when the party was over to break it down. The kids fully enjoyed getting their energy out and some adults jumped in on the fun too! I would use them again and recommend them! I was satisfied with the price, service and products.
