Great roofing company. These guys are not your typical hail chasing in and out dirt bags. They have a shop in Pueblo and have been around for years. I got bids from 4-5 places and felt the best with them. Joey was easy to work with, he provided all the info and pricing I asked for but didnt try to upsell or push anything. No annoying calls reminding me about my quote, no today only discounts, just an honest competitive price and plenty of information. I was on the books for a while then one day all the materials showed up on my roof, the next day the job was done. No disruption, no mess, no fuss, no shingles sitting on my roof for 3 weeks. In and out with respect and quality work. After the job was complete they were very responsive getting me everything I needed for my insurance company. Overall very satisfied and wouldnt even ask anyone else if I needed another roof.

Drury brothers was the original roofer of my house in 2011-2012. Last year I spoke with Ike several times early in 2019 to have him come out to replace some of the standing seam roofing panels that have slid down. After several rescheduled appointments on Drury brothers terms, the roof was never even inspected. After months of playing phone tag there was still no resolution. I was told from the beginning that there wasnt a warranty on my roof, and I was fine with that. I just wanted the roof fixed and was more than willing to pay for it. During mid summer time, I noticed that during heavy rains, my ceiling was leaking in one area, and this was explained in one of the phone conversations with Ike. Ike is a very friendly man and good mannered over the phone. He explained a lot about my project and how the roof was made on site with roll formed roofing panels (I believe that is what I was told) and they were the best choice as a company to fix the roof because they had the exact same roofing panels. As time went by in 2019, it became fall and the snow began to fall at the house (which is a high altitude house sitting at 11,400 feet) and the road closed. During the winter, I made a mutual friend who had a roofing company that promised to come and check my roof as soon as the road was drivable.3 weeks ago, the other company came out to evaluate my roof. They came out and explained why the panels had slid down and why some of the panels are damaged. They took me up on the roof to show me details and took pictures for me. It seems on sections of the roof, the top row fasteners were not installed, but they were installed in other areas. They also mentioned that a lot of roofing companies have 10 year workmanship warranties. They suggested that I contact the original roofing company and see what they have to say.That being said, I should add that this isnt a small and inexpensive house. This is a $2M property and I am disappointed in the customer service I have experienced. I understand that everyone is busy and schedules dont always go they way they are planned. But when I was up on the roof and showed the poor quality of work, I was disappointed.I dont like leaving negative reviews publicly because I feel like everyone should have a chance to correct situations. I am not looking for a free roof, just an explanation and a solution.

We had our roof done in 2007 by Drury Bros. Roofing and were very happy with the result. After a major hail storm in May 2020 damaged the roof, paint and gutters, it was time to call Drury Bros. again.Dalton Drury promptly arrived and assessed the damage. I showed him the insurance estimate and we decided on a shingle color and added that he would subcontract out the house painting and gutters for us. We also had to replace all the decking as the attic temperature over the years had damaged the plywood. Dalton planned the addition of roof vents to eliminate future heat issues. We waited until the end of hail season to have the work done.The crew worked on a weekend in September and finished the roof quickly and with minimal impact on our lives as well as doing an extensive yard cleanup an left no trace of their work. The coordination with the painting and gutter contractors went well and everything was done at the quoted price.Dalton also worked with my insurance company and got us additional compensation as their estimate didnt include a 40 year shingle upgrade we had done on the original roof in 2007.I highly recommend Drury Bros. Roofing.

Replaced my Roof July 18, 2019.They did an awesome job from explaining the different types of roofs and materials to helping me select a color. Upgraded to a Class 4 GAF Roof and am receiving a 25% discount on my Homeowners Insurance. The roofing crew knocked the job out in one day. No problems or issues.

I had a very positive experience with Drury Brothers. I had several companies come over to do estimates and I felt that Chuck, the representative from Drury Brothers was the most trustworthy. He allowed me to ask questions until I was satisfied which is not the experience that I had with some of the other companies when they shut my questions down almost immediately. They have been in business for over 30 years so I took that as a good sign that they are a quality company. When I called my insurance company to let them know which company I had selected, the lady was very pleased with my choice and said that Drury Brothers is one of the companies that they highly recommend because of the quality of service that they provide. My only critique is that I was told 4-6 weeks until they came out which would have put them coming over sometime in September, but it wasnt until late October that they actually came. It wasnt a super big deal, but I would have rather been quoted an accurate date as opposed to a faster one that they couldnt actually make. Once they came over, the roof was done in a single day and they did a pretty good job about policing the area which I appreciate because I have dogs that like to get into things. The roof looks wonderful. About a week later, the crew for the gutter installation came over and he was great. He even gave me a courtesy call to tell me that the gutters that he was installing are white and my current gutters were painted the color of my house. I appreciate that he asked before he just installed them as is. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Drury Brothers and would highly recommend them to others.

Chuck was very knowledgeable and helpful. When ever I had a question the office staff was very nice and professional. And Chuck would always call me back right away! I will use Drury Brothers in the future. Thank you for doing a great job on our roof!!

Chuck is great. He communicated well with us especially when we had already had a bad experience with another contractor. My only complaint is that the crew, although very friendly and worked fast, did not clean up as well I had hoped. A lot of nails left in the driveway area. I love my new gutters! The color choice was great for this house, and now I have painted the trim to match. I enjoyed Brian’s initial explanations about the process. The guys who installed talked to me about the shape of the roof when they took off the old gutters. They also gave advice about the concrete spillways under the down spouts. When that was all complete Brian came back and removed a useless tv dish from the roof. Service was great!

I see a lot of roof work and these guys are super clean. Residential or commercial they do a complete and thorough job.

Had 4 estimates from 4 different well known roofing companies. All of them estimated the cost at the same price, which is whatever the insurance quoted. I didnt care for any of them, as all they did was look at my roof and write the estimate. No contact or discussion with me. I was referred to Drury from an acquaintance, so I called them. Joey Sciumbato came out, met with me, discussed my estimate and gave me his estimate, which included a discount. But he was the only one that took the time to tell me that my gutters were damaged and needed replaced. Then he corresponded with my insurance adjuster to get the work included. Not one of those other company representatives took any time to discuss the work or helped me get the added work done. Drury completed the work professionally and the gutter work was exceptional. Joey is a great guy and a total professional. I wouldnt use anyone else. You dont find anyone like Drury these days.

The March 2017 windstorm wrecked our roof. I phoned Drury the Monday after and someone came to patch and protect the roof. No charge to me, no expectations from them. I got several estimates but was most impressed with Drury. They are local and have been in business for years and I found that comforting. The salesman who gave our estimate was thorough, and explained the process to me clearly. He also gave us a discount, matching another roofing estimate. When the roofers came to replace the entire roof, they were professional and respectful. The last step in this process was having someone come and take photos of our new roof for insurance purposes. That went well, all is settled, and our roof looks great.

I called Drury Bros Roofing for an estimate for a new roof. The estimator/salesman came out a couple of days later. However, 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received the estimate. Called back and found out “Brian” had gone on vacation without completing the estimate. I was told he would submit the estimate when he returns. Missed one call from him. I called back three times, left message that I needed the estimate. No return call so I called the main office. Gal that answered told me I shouldn’t get upset because the estimate is free. I told her it has no value to me unless I actually received it. I requested to speak to a supervisor to either get the estimate or have another salesman come out. Guess what! I didn’t even get a call back. I have no idea why they would be so difficult. I guess they just don’t want my business. If that’s the case, they should say that up front before coming out and implying that they will provide the estimate and work. Stay away from this company. They are very unprofessional.

I was in the process of selling my house and needed a roof put on fairly quickly. I decided to go with drury brothers because the salesman assured me that it would be completed before the closing date. They finished the roof two days before closing, yet they left the satellite dish dangling off of the roof which actually cut my water line to my evaporative cooler (which I had to pay for and fix myself) and the gutters were supposed to be done the day before closing. After they had not shown up by noon I called them and was told that they couldn’t do it that day and they would be there first thing on Saturday morning (closing day) to finish the gutters. Well no one showed up or called or anything....super professional. Coincidentally they are closed on the weekends so I just got completely screwed over. They finally showed up on Monday to finish the job and I never even received an apology for getting screwed over. If you are looking for a good roofer I would recommend anyone other then these people. I would trust a $5 crackhead over drury brothers!

We had our roof done about 3 weeks ago. They did an awesome job. Churck Todisco was our salesman, he was so nice, very professional walked us through the insurance process answered all our questions timely. The whole process went rather smooth. I have had the pleasure of using Chuck Todisco to go look at many of my customers roofs after the hail storms. He is trustworthy and honest which makes it easy for us and our insureds. Chuck has even went out to meet with our customers adjuster to show them that they do indeed a new roof.

Got a recommendation for Drury and called for a bid for a roof repair. Gave an awesome bid and I signed the bid contract. Was told they would be out in 4 to 6weeks as they were a little backed up from the hail storms. I said that works as it is a small repair not a whole roof. That was early August. I contacted them again in late September, was told we were on the schedule for that week we would be getting a call later in the week for exact time.... Nothing happened. I called again in mid October, got the run around from the Secretary at first would call me back, didnt call, I called again, she said they would be out that afternoon. Needless to say my roof is still unrepaired and myself I will not be recommending them to anyone and asking the folks that recommended them to me not to recommend them anymore either.May contact an attorney about breach ofcontract.In response sir 940 S Capistrano In PW and I still have the contract that I signed.hugely aggravated and disappointed in your service and the fact that owner wont return my calls, even though I have both your cell and work phone and called and left messages on both.

A company is known by the employees that work there. And I want to give this company 100 rating due to their salesman, Chuck Tadisco. Several years ago we had a roof loss and Chuck came and took care of the whole situation for my husband and me and this year I had to have help again. Being a widow I wasnt exactly sure how to proceed so I called Drury Bros and asked for Chuck. He came to my house and took care of my problem from calling the insurance company clear through the final stage, in a timely manner. I had to keep calling after I signed contract for new roof and gutters to see when work would be started...a year later they put the roof on with the explanation We havent put your roof on yet?Now we are waiting for our gutters to be put on and we have called and called. My conversation with IKE Drury when he picked up the phone,(him laughing) We havent done that yet? HA,HA I will get them out mid-week.....that was a month ago.GUESS WHAT IKE DRURY.....YOU ARE DONE, PATHETIC ATTITUDE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Contacted the roofer about a patch job they did a couple of months earlier since roof began leaking in other places and was unable to even get an appointment time for them to come out and take a look. Would not recommend.

Called Friday to have someone come out and look at our roof after the horrible wind storm we had. They stated someone will call me to schedule a time. By Monday afternoon, no call. I called Monday afternoon and they said they would have someone call me that day. Its now Tuesday and no call. Called another company on Monday and they were out at my house within 4 hours. Customer service is key. This company dont have it.

Weve had the Drury Brothers out a couple of times to fix our roof. What I like most is they didnt try to tell us that we needed more work than we actually did. They were friendly and prompt. Will use them for all our future roofing needs.

Terrible experience. After telling me they were scheduling two weeks out, they kept putting me off and dragged things out for two months without ever giving me a date when the work could be done. I finally had to cancel the contract and rebid the job. Ill stay far away in the future.
