Around the holidays I had to return an Amazon gift. The woman at the register rudely gave me the wrong instructions 4x. I had to stand in the long line 4x. The only reason I got taken care of, was because the person next to her gave me accurate instructions. I asked to speak to her manager. She was grinning broadly when she told me the manager was out of town.Ive moved all my business to FedEx. Theyre never rude.

I guess I came on a good day(Tuesday afternoon) because I had a great experience here. I had packages I needed to return to Amazon along with returns to other vendors. I wasnt charged for packing slips, tape, etc that youre normally charged for at the Post Office. Not to mention my wait time was little to none. Customer service was hands down what prompted my review. Shirley & Presley were absolutely delightful to help each guest that came in. Thank you guys!!!

Staff is consistently late opening. Today they arrived at 9 when posted hours are to open at 9. Then they said I had to wait 10 minutes because they werent open yet. I wouldnt come here, but its the only UPS store for miles.

Everyone I dealt with was positive and helpful, including the day before I got a document before I got a document notarized when I was in the store and was asking about the notary services. The notary was quick and efficient and everyone was friendly. The lady who printed my documents (I think her name was Shirley but Im not sure) gave my 4 year old a coloring book while we waited too.

The Mng of the store, the young guy with blonde hair is always rude and unfriendly. The woman with short blonde hair has always been very warm and extremely helpful, she is very friendly , chatting while taking care of my packages. How she manages to keep a positive attitude with the other guy skulking around , I give her props, he carries a black cloud around with him and wants nothing more it seems than to spread it around. I would definitely go to another location if it were convenient.

Heres an idea...hire more help! Maybe get an express line for people who already have shipping labels. Went in today and was told to wait outside but was inside for a second. Didnt see any sense of urgency from the two ladies working. I get it, these times suck but there hasnt been a time Ive went in there when there wasnt 6 or more people in there. Ill go somewhere else.

I have been to the UPS Store on 29th Street many times since Ive moved to Pueblo. The employees there are always so kind and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me send boxes and packages. Tonight, I had a clerk named Shirley who was absolutely wonderful. I am so sad to see the poor reviews they have gotten. Just the fact that they are willing to work during the pandemic is heroic to me, but they should also be recognized for making their customers day a little brighter.

Its what I needed at the time, the UPS store, none in Canon City, when you dont have the return label, for Amazon. Just a 40 mile ride, and I knew where I had to go.( Goggle Maps of course)But, I made a day of it!

I arrived at 8:02am & already 2 customers in line. The lady processed both transactions & mine allowing me to finish by 8:10. Amazon returns. I did my part-packed, sealed, applied shipping label (guy in front of me did nothing except show the email return). Rep wasn’t gushy friendly but was more than polite. She did her job and within 4 hours I had emails from Amazon acknowledging return & another hour later refund was processed!!!!! I didn’t establish a new friendship but she did her job which is what I wanted needed. Thank you UPS

My husband just went to return an Amazon order and immediately the lady got on him because it wasn’t taped closed, he was going to pay for tape there. She got upset because she had to do her job and scan a code Amazon sent us for UPS to print the label and return it. She also told him next time she won’t be so nice and will make him pay for the taping and he better be more prepared next time. Rude lady here, please try to do business elsewhere if you can.

We should all thank the UPS store for really going the extra mile to stop Covid. They wont notarize anything before noon, even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. Just think if they did notarize anything before noon, just how much worse Covid would be in Pueblo right now! Way to go!

Your workers are not custermer service, and are just there for a check, Pueblo is bad when Customers come first, And Xfinity has a contract with you to send all packages free out no questions the lady refuses to print the email for a shipping label, states to stand aside and figure it out ,Quetiely got back in line and states the second time no label, no shipping ,when I leftbabd called back to talk to supervisor stated to come back and email them the shipping label and it will get shipped,Why was not my package shipped and getting confused about Custermer Service there, Why cant we get people who care and help ppl in there troubles of not understating how to shipping. I gave them a One star because less isn’t available. My order arrived very late very damaged one package three days later than the first. Peppers. Well they told me tuff luck. I eat the full cost loss of peppers and money and a sister in fl t hurting in her heart because she knew what I paid. The UPS store it’s not the customers fault tour hired to preform a service you failed. You took money from a one armed one legged woman service connected. Ive used the store frequently for a year now and they have always been friendly and helpful. Ive seen some of the situations typical of negative reviews. When the customer is respectful and courteous, the staff do their best to accommodate them. In the few times, where that isnt the case, they have been nicer than I would have been, for sure.

I love our little UPS store. All of the employees know me by name and greet me cheerfully every time I come in, and I come in A LOT with a lot of AMAZON packages. Here’s the thing, you have to read the instructions AMAZON gives you when you return. It is not up to the UPS store what needs to be packed and sealed and what doesn’t, they have to read the same info we do for the return. Hey, I’ve messed it up and didn’t read the instructions too, and I had to pay $3 to package and seal my amazon return. I could have gone home and packed it up myself but that’s a total hassle. I certainly can’t expect a independently owned local company to pack my stuff for free.. the business couldn’t survive. The way I look at it is, I’m thankful I can return my amazon and other packages through a centrally located store rather than having to go all the way to the UPS hub on the south side of town. Thank you employees of the UPS store, y’all have helped me more times than I can count.

My husband went in to return a device, was told that he needed to package it beforehand, but after berating him, found she actually needed to scan the device before it could be returned, so if it had been sealed, she eould have had to open it. The issue could have been easier to over look the fact that she didnt know the policy, but that she was so rude is really weird. And when he walked in, she was in the middle of a weird rant about Amazon mailing thing illegally, focus on why youre there and leave the conspiracy theories for when work is over?

Very poor customer service. They only do notary Monday thru Thursday. I didn’t know that when I asked and literally the lady started yelling at me about reading the sign on the window. Sorry I didn’t see the sign. Another patron was standing there and said she could do it for me and then she got yelled at saying we can’t do the notary in there store so we walked outside and did the notary right outside the ups door. I understand the times but I also understand being respectful if you are having a bad time or maybe make sign bigger.We wasn’t going to do the business in the store the lady that was going to do the notary said right away we need to do it outside. When I started to head out that’s when your employee got really snarky saying we needed to do it outside but whatever this customer will never be in there again. Also that was the second time I was in there the first time I went in was on a day that the notary could be done and the lady said she couldn’t do it that day and never gave an excuse of why so I waited until later in the day thinking it was because she had no help and went back there was three people behind counter and I was the only one in there and was told no that it couldn’t be done that day but you go ahead and stand behind your employees.

Honestly after reading all the negative reviews I was still going to give this store a try only because all Im doing is returning some items to Amazon which according to Amazon they package and ship for free. The reason I wont be giving this business a chance, if you notice in some of the negative reviews someone an employee from The UPS Store is replying to these reviewers, and while typically apologetic to these displeased customers, this employee is often defending their poor behavior and they think that by pointing out that customers were swearing or causing a scene that this in anyway justified their own poor behavior. Definite lack of maturity and professionalism.

DONT GO HERE. I recommend other printing stores that are often forgotten about like staples or Office Depot. This was my FIRST experience traveling to this store and before I even arrived I called to check the price of B&W printing from a USB and I was told by an associate who was a young man, over the phone that it would be .12 cents with a USB or $5.00 dollar service fee if I email 📧 them the one piece of paper I needed printed from their computer and when I arrived the young girl proceeds to inform me that their machinery doesn’t work(which would’ve been helpful information over the phone or maybe even a sign on the kiosk door) and that if I used their computer to print the paper I need with MY USB that it would still cost the same $5.00 fee as it would for me to email them the piece of paper I needed printed. What good sense does that make ? Typically any good business if their services are down they will go the extra mile to ensure you don’t pay for it (pun intended) literally. This lets me know this location lacks a sense of being on one accord as a team and cares less to act as one accord to its customers.

They tried to make me pay for a box for an Amazon return, right after Amazon told me they pack and ship returns for free! Contacted Amazon and they were appalled. Now gas, resources and someones time is being wasted to pickup the item from my house instead of these people doing their job.

Owner arbitrarily made a rule where you cant fax in your notarized IDs to open a mailbox. Every other UPS store in the state lets you do this. I guess they dont want my money. Ill take my business to one of the other locations who doesnt have this arbitrary rule.

I’ve had a mailbox here for over four years and I never fail to receive excellent service and a friendly welcome whenever I walk in. They are really good about explaining what they are allowed to do and when their hands are tied by corporate policy or Amazon packaging requirements.

Poor customer service skill..particularly the assistant manager.His replies on here are evidence on how you will be treated when you go to this store......Read very well how he has treated other customers on this Review page...kicking people out, cutting people off, not attending to customers complaints well...this is what you will get from him in this store...Poor customer service!.... Also instead of being apologetic , he will just dismiss the customer and use his favorite excuse This is not UPS, this is the UPS store. Sure ...you work for THE UPS STORE but if you were really smart you will treat your customers right and with respect! You will not dismiss them because you have other things to do. The price provided by the older woman was significantly higher than the price calculated online. I even rounded up my weight and measurement and added extra insurance, and it was still less than what the woman quoted. I have no idea what she input, but clearly did something wrong.

Waited five minutes in line to get a document notarized. The woman working said “Well I am the only one here and I can’t help you now because there are people behind you waiting for help. You can wait 15 or 29 minutes and maybe I will have some help here but I can’t help you now”. I have been a loyal customer of this store since it opened but the service level has continued to decline over the last two years. I have decided to start using other providers which is a shame. She. I told her I would use someone else she said “that’s fine, I am really just too busy to help you”. Sad, very sad. I recommend avoiding this poorly run business unless you want to be treated poorly.

Went in to return some books for school. She wanted to charge me $5 just to print out a shipping label when everywhere else in the world it’s less than $1 I do not recommend this place. You will not be acknowledged when you walk in and once you mention anything about the prices the manager gets a catty attitude telling me how she has to pay for this and pay for that I didn’t come in to hear your life story I just wanted to shop some rental books back 😒

I went in around 4:10pm on July 23 and Shauna helped me. She was alright, somewhat friendly. The other girl at the counter (long, dark, straight hair) was rude as hell. She was rude to an elderly man that she waited on and then proceeded to stomp around the counter while mumbling complaints under her breath. Then she started wiping the counter next to me, slamming stuff around. WTH?! Employees like that should be fired immediately. Way too many people looking for jobs right now that wont be rude to every single customer that walks in the door.

Excellent notary service. Fast and efficient! One stop shop if you like being ripped off! I paid double to mail a letter back that cost me $7.35 to send! When I asked about the rate, RUDE! “Well, that’s OUR rate, let me know before I proceed!” Word of advice... ship elsewhere, it’s half the price!

Poor customer service. Needed to get a document notarized in which they had me step to the side and wait. After 7 other customers had been helped, I got back in line and asked when I would be able to get my document notarized. The woman was rude and stated that she asked me to wait to the side for a reason and that they are required to give me their full attention. There were three employees total; therefore, the one woman that conducted the notary services would have been allowed to give me her undivided attention but voluntarily elected not to. They refused service to me without justification. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will advise others to do so as well.

If your goal if for everyone that visits your store to have a pleasant experience, let’s see how you can turn this around for me.I went to your location to have you packaged and ship my daughters wedding picture. It was Wednesday afternoon and I paid almost $90.00 for your services in order for her to get it on Friday at her address in Texas. I was told by Dustin that a Saturday delivery was possible with an extra fee. So we agreed on Friday delivery. My daughter tracked her “surprise” today, only to find out it will be delivered on Monday. When I called the store, Dustin answered and after checking the details, he proceeds to tell me that they were swamped on Wed & the computer was acting up and couldn’t get my package out until the next day. Now, how am I to take responsibility & you take my $90.00 on a service that was not rendered? I AM A NURSE, and I know what it is to be “swamped” but I never tell my patients “ my services are not guaranteed & I’ll see you on Monday”. If it was weather related I would understand. But be honorable to your customers and DO the right thing.As I tracked the package on line, I found out it didn’t leave Pueblo until the next day at 8:57 PM !!! That’s almost 28 and a half hours after I left the store. All I asked from Dustin and the store MGR was for some compensation and it was denied. I could’ve gone to FedEx and my daughter wouldve been enjoying her present at this time.Now I ask you, is this what you mean by “making sure every customer has a pleasant experience in your store”?I just visited your store and Dustin greeted me again as I asked to speak with the Mgr, very dry attitude and NOT one apology for the undelivered service.

Attempting to return something and Bella was very short, abrupt, you could tell she didnt enjoy her job. Explained I had to return something and she told me I would be charged. Explaining it doesnt tell me anything in regards to the information for the return from the company she stared at me blank in the face. No attempt in being proactive to explain the process to me. Another woman had to step in to explain while Bella stood there as if she was going to do the bare minimum.I stood there.... and stood there and stood there waiting for her to print out the label and communicate something to me. For us customers, we are unaware of the process so if you take the time to explain, it WILL help us.Waiting and waiting for my receipt.... She rips the receipt off and says, Here. I take my receipt and she had a patronizing tone saying, Have a good day.Worst customer service!! From all 3 ladies in there!!!

Wow, after reading the horrible reviews of both FedEx and UPS, I was worried about using either, but the package I was returning required use of one of them. I was so pleased with the friendly, professional assistance I received from Rena. The price for wrapping and shipping was so much less than I was expecting. The other girl seemed friendly too. It was a little busy, but we were out quickly. I will use them again.

Shipped a package 3 weeks earlier for 48. Went back with same exact package contents, weight and size to same location. The older woman told me 272, when asked how I just paid 48? I was then told it was then 77. I thanked them and left to drive to another location where it did cost 48. I wouldnt use this location unless you already have a label printed and paid for or amazon return.

Staff was incredibly rude to both myself but other customers in the store at the time I went in. There was an older woman helping the girl next to me and she and kept telling her everything she had done was wrong with a big attitude and the girl apologized profusely which I found super sad because the girl was stressed because of this woman. She was also telling another customer that if she got too busy he would have to wait. Which okay being busy is one thing but the tone she took with him made it sound like he was wasting her time. The girl helping me named bella threw major attitude through my whole transaction and acted as if I was a problem to her too. Overall a poor experience and horrible customer service that store is an anxiety attack and a half. Go somewhere where they are kind to you. edit!!! If you read the reply from. The owner you will see that clearly they are making excuses for their poor staff and not doing more to accommodate customers. Poor response as well.

Terrific experience at the UPS Store on W. 29th in Pueblo. I had to ship five very large paintings, a box of silver place settings, and a box of documents. Each item needed to be securely packed, sent to a different address, and separately billed. Melinda handled everything perfectly. I have received confirmation emails on the shipments which I then forwarded to the recipients. It was my last day in Pueblo following my aunt’s passing and settling her estate. I so appreciated the patience and professionalism of all The UPS Store staff on a Friday afternoon. Thank you!

The lady that appears to be head cashier (owner-operator, perhaps?) has no business being in customer service. Ive had the distinct displeasure of her service on several occasions. She is incredibly rude and unpleasant and my interaction with her has been minimal and hardly required much work on her part (Amazon returns).On top of that, services listed on the website dont match whats offered in person . I had to print a label for one of my returns and she wanted to charge me $5 to print a single black and white paper. Her computer is out of order for customer use, so she has to print it herself. Its been out for over a month. The upload service offered on the website and at most UPS stores - which lists a black and white print as costing .18 cents - received an error every time it tries to send the job to her store computer. Would not recommend this store unless UPS is a necessity.

Manager unable to perform basic customer services skills. Took a firearm into return with a RMA/shipping label from manufacturer. He refused to take the firearm. Says UPS DOES NOT ship firearms. This is not correct. They have supported this customer for 10 years. All major carriers ship firearms, EVERY DAY. He did not understand the company policy and could have simply pointed me to the main distribution center down a few exits. Instead I have to waste another hour round trip after figuring this out myself by calling customer service after returning hope. Looks like this store needs some basic customer service training, seems evident by the ratings they receive regularly. Soon they will be right up there with the Postal Service for poor quality.

Rude female cashier. Used my drivers license as the return address. We just moved and no longer live there. Th en she put the wrong address as the ship to address. There was nothing to fill out, its all verbal. I was in a hurry and didnt look at the receipt until I got home. This pack will be lost because it has two incorrect addresses on it.Update: received a phone call stating they would call UPS to change the package to the correct address. No apology. Same irritated tone of voice. When I asked about the wrong return address the caller stated oh it gets returned to our store just for purposes

Just a quick update i had to use the UPS store again to print out a Pdf file and notarized and fax to a number, I see all these people complaining about a 5 dollar charge, To me 5 dollars is a small price to pay for the convenience. I needed​ to print 2 pages and they wanted to charge me $5.00 for a document processing fee plus the cost of the 2 copies. The UPS store I use in the Springs charges $1.00 which is reasonable. I like using the UPS stores because they are locally owned but I will never set foot into the Pueblo location off of 29th again. I had to go to Staples who charged me 67 cents.

Called prior to regarding if theyll print labels for return shipping. Asked do you guys print labels for prepaid shipping? Said yes, but didnt mention the $5 fee for printing a label. Which is more than the package itself. Took 20min to get to store, and the woman I talked to on the phone basically hinted that since you didnt ask if there was a fee, I didnt bother mentioning it. A bit of common sense paired with common courtesy would have been appreciated. Now Ill have to go back and print the label, because its come down to principal. Go FedEx.

Worst cystomer service. Asked for a box to ship my item in. Was quoted $48 for packing instead. I asked for a box again and was told to ship my item would be $147. I walked out.$3 for a box at walmart and $15 to ship it at the Post Office. Avoid this place...

Must use ID to ship any package - theres a number of reasons why they do it. Another corporate entity has determined is necessary for them to obtain for you to simply mail parcel. --- USE USPS

UPS is getting as bad as FedEx!!! I am sitting in my living room when UPS truck came. I didnt see him, but my son-in-law upstairs did, so he came downstairs, but UPS was gone already. He took one look at the dog on the porch and never even came into the yard and didnt have the sense to blow the horn so someone could go out and get item. I pay Amazon big bucks to get my items delivered in two days, and this type of service defeats the whole purpose. I am disappointed in UPS....

DO NOT go here to print anything or even ship. They will charge you 5 dollars to email and print it for you. Staples doesnt do that or even Office Depot. When I talked to corporate they basically said that the owners of the business can make up whatever prices they want and do whatever they want. This is not how you run a business and when we all live in a small town and you keep screwing people you will end up closing shop. I feel bad that the owner is a part of this community and likes to screw people within her circle. I will be going elsewhere next time and will be spreading the word to everyone.

Worst experience for doing business with themI was going to receive a package at home but it needed sign on it.I work from morning 7am to 7pm, there is no one at home so I told UPS to deliver to the nearest store they send it to 2900 Boulevard pueblo and thier timing is from 3 to 6.How can I collet my package at 3 to 6 and that to on the other side of the pueblo.SeriouslyThe customer service is the worst instead of solving problem he shipped the shipment back.I am so unhappy.

They suck and they are rude dont go there just go to the actual.ups place. I went there to send a very expensive laptop to my daughter in Utah they charged me 82.00 dls: 27 for a box with no padding(which I didnt know) 50 some dollars for insurance and who know what else , the laptop was damaged when my daughter got it and we call them and they were rude and unprofessional ,the manager or assistant? ummm? Is rude they dont let you talk,they interrupt in the middle of the sentence, I will never never do business with them again that was my first and only time. I read the pathetic responses the owner gives for the bad reviews ,just makes excuses for everything, why dont instead fix the problem lady!!! Haha you are a small business! Well I have to tell my story ; went in the ups store to send a package to Germany. The clerk whispered that the store has a markup on postal rates. She checked with manager and comes back and once again whispers $450.00. I thanked her and left ; drove to Northside PO and paid $91.00 DONE.

Horrible service. I refuse to do any business with them again. First time I went there lady was late opening the store, waited 10 minutes for her to arrive then get dressed before unlocking the door. Second time was turned away because the owner doesnt know shipping regulations of UPS. Called corporate they admitted she was wrong and said unfortunately franchised owned UPS stores can do basically anything they want. Called the owner back with reference number and name of Corporate personnel I spoke with. She refused to take it, and continued arguing her point. Long story short, ship Fedex and save the hassle of uneducated store owners.
