Was a good experience. I thought I needed an air compressor with an electrical plug in. but they suggested an air tank that they would prefill for me worked out great with no extension cords needed thanks grand rental!

Folks if you looking to get a machine to knock down some weeds about 2 or 3 feet high go to Grand rental and tell them that you want to rent the out back and let me tell you something you better have your running shoes on well boots safety boots cuz hang on to that machine great great machine

I went in a 2 oclock to rent sewer snake the one they had was broke had to wait an hour for one to come back , rented at 3.30 I ask the gentleman how does that work because you will be closed he said no problem, so I take it back in the morning and some other guy charges me I told him what the other guy said , he said I am just doing my job...so FYI they are a scam they dont care about there customers just the money. I would have driven to home Depot in south gate cost me the same and better equipment, they will never get my business or my colleagues I work for a very large company they just screwed up!!!

Such an amazing rental center, not only where they very kind and helpful but they have such amazing equipment especially if you dont want to go spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on equipment you might only use once or twice, if theres a problem they will work with you, i recommend this place to everyone i know that needs something done and to anyone reading these reviews

Whenever I need a tool that I dont have or dont need often enough to justify buying this is my go to place.

Pretty good place for renting And many other kinds of equipment the only thing I would say not to get here because it is incredibly difficult to handle is an aerator But their service is friendly and always willing to help the pricing can be a bit high low and gotta make sure how long youre renting the equipment as well overall though they are good for renting materials

Very friendly and understanding when a piece of equipment broke or something didnt work out for me. They are the only place to get a lot of equipment and still have reasonable prices. This is the only company that could justify the reason for big corporations taking over business. This place lacks any form of customer service and their equipment is seriously sub par. They have an antiquated operating system that slows down what little service they have and its archaic at best. For what the charge and the quality of what they lend your better off just purchasing the product out right. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Not worth your time unless you literally have no other option.

Great employees high priced better than purchasing large tools and equipment

Good place to rent equipment and tools in town. Local Home depot does not have tool rental so this is a perfect alternative. Good customer service, open on Saturdays and reasonably priced!

Grand rental center has been my personal standby for over 20 years in Pueblo. They have always been able to accommodate my needs for tools, machinery or supplies.

I went in today to ask about a tiller rental, everyone in the shop was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and showed me my options. I ended up renting one today, they explained how to use it, loaded and unloaded it when I returned it. I was very happy with the whole experience and will definitely rent from them again if the need arises.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I wouldn’t rent a shoe from these people. There equipment is not kept up. It’s run down and worn out. Don’t waste your time hereThe trencher I rented looked like it was the first one ever made . The teeth were worn down to knubs. When I got it to the job and started trenching I soon realized I could dig the trench faster and deeper with a plastic spoon. Instead of renting and refunding customers’ money consistently , keep your equipment up and satisfy your customers . It’s a pretty simple concept.

Lots of stuff

So much for buying local! I try to use locally owned businesses whenever possible but, my experience today was uncalled for. I rented a piece of equipment that the owner checked out and helped me load on to my truck. After a 35 min. drive home as I started to untie the equipment from the tie-downs on my truck, I noticed it was leaking fuel from a gas line. I immediately called the store and they instructed me to bring it back and they would exchange it. So I drove the 35 mins back to the store and contacted the owner about the issue. After asking what we can do about the charges for the 2 days of rental, he decided to challenge me to the fact that I had told him that I wouldnt be using the equipment until tomorrow anyway. He cared nothing about the time and money I was out because he personal sent out faulty equipment. He then tried unsuccessfully to fix the equipment while still on my truck, not caring about my time, if I had some place to be, or the just trading out the bad equipment for another unit. And he never once apologized. I dont think Ill be back.

This is the worst place to rent from! Customer service is horrible and if you say that you will never rent from them again, the employees tell you that you lack common sense and are basically stupid. I rented an auger that only dug 6 inches into the ground. I called them asking if they had something more powerful than the falling apart piece of equipment that they gave me because I had 35 holes to dig. The response I got was that I needed to wet the ground. I followed their instructions and it still didnt work. When I returned the equipment, and said I wouldnt rent from them again, I was told that I lacked common sense because I had the equipment all day. Did I get upset? Absolutley! Who wants to be told that they are stupid, especially by a company that just took $130.00 of mine and wouldnt compensate me anything back for a machine that didnt work. The guy that I spoke with on the phone, earlier in the day, said that everyone knows that the auger wouldnt dig that many holes. If everyone knows that, why didnt he tell me to bring the auger back instead of telling me to wet the ground or better yet, why did they rent the auger to me in the first place since I had told them over the phone the day before what I was doing? This company is one of the reasons that so many people distrust mom & pop shops. I have never felt so angry nor have I ever been treated so horribly by a group of people. Shame on you Grand Rental!!!

Rented equipment from them and the machine didn’t work correctly. They came to service end of business day and I had to wait until the next day to finish the job. It still worked poorly the next day, the charged me for the entire time I had the machine even though it didn’t work.

Equipment in very poor shape. Rented one rototiller and belt kept coming off the whole time and engine pulsed prolonging the work. Next time I rent a smaller version and half the tines come off at least 3 times. Each time I called and said I would try to use it and fixed each temporarily. When returned no credit given. Later, I receive a bill that gas was not filled up, which it was each time prior to returning. Spoke to the person who received it back and he said he rememe red it low from 2 months ago. Said there were no notes on the account about mechanical troubles. The gas cost was small but considering the poor equipment and repairing my self, then gas being low after it was filled. Pretty shady practices. Do not recommend.

Ive used grand rental many times in the past..staff are friendly and helpful..equipment is old and torn up and not very well taken care of..if you got a lttle more money go so where else..sorry guys but the skidster i rented was junk..left control atm was almost useless..exhaust was coming right into cab..and powerless do to needing routine maintence.

Very poor service. Owner never disclosed additional costs. Turned in equipment, and was charged an additional $140. Was made to purchase a new blade when the one i had was used before i got it. Never will i go back.. must also say i dealt with the owner the entire time. Bad buisness.

I needed a serious tool for breaking up 5 to 6 inch concrete with rebar. Grand had several DeWalt 68 lb 110 volt jackhammers on hand. Quick professional service, had me loaded up and rolling in minutes. Tool was great. Cord had sleight damage near handle from previous renters mishandling but was safe. Busted up the concrete with power and precision, all done and returned in the two hour minimum rental period.No extra fees, easy quick return.Will rent from Grand again.

The last four pieces of equipment rented here over the last year broke down on site, wasting time and money.

Rented a sander for my deck didnt work they still charged me $40.00 I had to give them one star only because this app wouldnt let me comment otherwise
