Went in for a screen repair and battery replacement in an iPhone 6s, screen repair was fine but wrong color, and they said they changed the battery despite the health still saying 80%. Told me a few times that I would have to charge the phone a couple of times before it would update but it never did. Went to Walmart and they opened my phone and inside was the original battery. Thankfully We Fix It refunded me for the “battery replacement” but still, shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Oh, and no True Tone setting anymore because it was an aftermarket screen. 😒

I was happy to get to schedule an appointment, but surprised that I needed to leave my phone behind for 45 minutes and they needed my login. Made me nervous because there is so much personal information available on my phone. They replaced the glass and it looks like they did a fine job. They were extremely busy, but they were efficient and treated everyone in the store with courtesy and respect.

Very polite and customer service oriented. Did a great job and explained a few facts to me. Most important is that the associates were having fun and lightly teasing one another on the job and that made for a happy environment and great customer experience!

I shattered my iPhone 7 plus screen and brought it here after calling around to a few other places and finding the lowest price here. Service was friendly and fast. The price for a screen repair was $129, but they have a $10 coupon that they applied when I asked about it. It took about an hour. Theyll probably offer to put on a screen protector for you, but theyll charge $20 for a screen protector you can buy for less than 5 bucks online (and its not hard to put on yourself), so Id skip that! Id recommend this place for affordable, fast phone repairs!

I went in yesterday for a full screen replacement for my Samsung Galaxy s9 plus as my screen digitizer was broken. Took 2 hours to repair and had my brand new phone again. Noah did a great job on the repair. Very professional and reccomend him for repair.

I brought in an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 7 yesterday for repairs picked them up today, the iPhone 7 home button was just sticking an wouldn’t work an the 6 which this is the second time I have taken it to them for a new battery and the phone won’t turn on at all! Guess instead of chatting with the clerk an buying a few other things I should have double checked there work. Definitely be going back until they fix what I’ve paid twice for and no one is even using the Phone we keep it as a back up lol

I made an appointment online on Sunday to have my cell phone battery replaced on Monday morning. I was there promptly at 10:30 a.m. and was then told my work would not be completed until 1:00 p.m. When I went back at the designated time, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I dont think that is great customer service and will probably go elsewhere next time.

I’ve called a few times during business hours and they keep answering and quickly hanging up. Of which I know for sure is the case because first time called it rang about 5 times then heard it connect then immediately disconnect and then second time rang twice and heard same connect then disconnect. So I guess they don’t want to be bothered today.

The worst customer experience and quality I’ve ever had. DONT take you phone or any other time there. They’re warranty is horrible as well as the quality of their work!

Phone repair good. But I had previously called to ask if they could fix my phone. I was quoted a price and 1 hour fix time. I get there the quoted price was wrong but was assured the price would be adjusted upon. Pick up. I never received a call so I called prior to closing it was fixed. Went to pick it up and the price wasn t adjusted as previously told person claim the worker was new and didnt know. Bad customer service.......

Battery replacement on Samsung Galaxy S6. Very difficult procedure but did get it done. However, they cracked the face plate on phone, and gave me a new white one where I did have black. Got in my car and noticed they hadnt replaced the sim card. Missing. Went back in. Taken care of. Got home and noticed no screen protector. I had one originally. All for just a battery replacement?
