The owners are super quick to get a driver on the way to pick up your product and are adaptable to handling what you need to have delivered. Need a bigger vehicle than a standard car? The business has options to accommodate to the situation. They will do their best to get your product to its destination securely and quickly. The owners are professional and friendly, and the drivers are professional and quick to make sure everything is taken care of and accounted for. Overall a great business to work with if your company needs a delivery made fast!

When a customer calls just curious about where a delivery is that was supposed to be here on 11/29 and its now 12/4, how about instead of interrupting, you help find the solution instead of just telling the customer that you dont have it there and then hanging up....considering we have a tracking number from YOUR company. Terrible service.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Dont use Kangaroo. The will lie to you, lose packages, give you the run around and thats just the beginning. Craig who is supposed to be some type of supervisor is BEYOND unhelpful. Learn the lesson from me and just stay away from Kangaroo
