Office Depot is a great place to get things done for a small business. Theyre reasonably priced and do probably everything you need administration wise in your business. I own/run a new start up Cheesecake business and I dont have time to make stickers, run copies, and I have I have found Office Depot does everything I need. Thank you very much. Employee dave went above and beyond today, was extremely fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. People like Dave that take time out of their busy day To help people are a huge asset not only To your store but our society.

I went in to get some copies and asked how much a double sided black and white copy would be. The associate told me 18 cents plus tax for a two sided copy. So I gave him my document and went and grabbed a bottle of water while he was making the copies. I work as a canvasser and had my petitions and a half empty, falling apart box of pens with me, which I set on the counter on top of my petitions, and then passed the bottle of water to a different associate so I could pay for it as well as my copies. He grabbed my pens, which were nowhere near him and I said in a nice tone of voice, Oh no, those are my pens. Im a petitioner. The man acted disbelieving and said, well those look like pens we sell... I told him that I had brought them in with me, which frankly they should have seen because I never walked anywhere other than straight to the copy center at the front of the store and then across to the refrigerator to get the water. After the pen conversation, the price that he had already told me suddenly went up by almost double what he had told me after he initially scanned the water and put the copies in. I told him that didnt look right and that I had been told 18 cents plus tax for a two-sided copy. The person I originally spoke with said, no thats per side. I decided to just let it go even though 18 cents per side for black and white copies seemed ridiculous and I would have never gotten the copies if I had been quoted that price when I asked. After I left and looked at my receipt, I found that they had charged me almost 25 cents per side for black and white copies. I decided to check the website when I got home and the price online to pick up copies at the store was 22 cents for each double sided copy, or 11 cents per side. Even though it was just a couple of extra dollars, I feel like they intentionally overcharged me because they didnt believe the pens were mine. This was a very frustrating experience for me and I will definitely hesitate to shop there again.

I use the Pueblo Blvd. location predominately for my businesses copy and print needs. Their team is always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond with a great professional attitude. 20-40 books I expect in a week and I am getting calls within 24-48 hours as they have completed them all for me. I am so appreciative with their desire to show exceptional service and get them to me much quicker than I expected. Alicia and the rest of the management team appear to create a very positive culture that is felt by this customer. The staff have always asked me if I need help when they see me in the store and will seek out the answers I need. Then there is Sofiia who is working on a Logo for my business. She has a great attitude and is striving to meet my companies needs with her expertise. The team has met my needs over the last few years and I continue to go there without hesitation as I know my companies needs will be met! There are other management and other employees that I see regularly and are very helpful. Shame on me for not remembering their names right now to highlight their efforts as they always remember my name and call me by my name when they see me in the store! EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I went into the store today to buy a standing desk. They only had the floor model. I asked to buy the floor model (which was tucked under another desk). The salesperson said she couldn’t sell it to me because she would have to do a clearance price. I didn’t even ask for a discount! Took my $500 elsewhere...guess this is another reason Amazon is doing such a great business! Not very impressed with Office Depot.

Been looking all over the store for the past 15 minutes to get help with an item in a locked cabinet, no associates on the floor to provide customer assistance! Now my husband is standing in line to get help. Dave the operations manager came running from the back to help when the one employee who was working called over the radio for help. He proceeds to offer to check out customers who were standing in line BEHIND my husband! Dave you really need to improve on your customer service skills you are seriously lacking!

Went there today & printed the rest of my baby shower invites!The first time I went was a awesome experience . Bianca took her time and took so much pride on them , she knew what I wanted more than I did !I went back and another worker didn’t know what she was doing and not only that but didn’t complete what I had asked for . When I went back Bianca was there once again and she completed them without a problem! I recommend this place but request Bianca ! She’s such a great worker and such a great person that takes so much pride in her work!

TRASH. Lazy, uninterested employees. Dan and Abram couldnt be bothered with a phone call or email on an online order for a business. Not only have they lost a customer, I will encourage everyone I know to use other printers. Im embarrassed for these employees.

I speak specifically about Dan in computer service and sales. He has always been very knowledgeable about my specific products and repaired them promptly.

I was told yesterday that I could come in the store and they would help me with a case for my tablet and also a memory card. When I got there I was told I had to order that through the manufacturer itself and thats not true they just didnt want to help me bad bad bad customer service. That sure is a big store for them to be turning away business like that. Shameful!

What started out as a seemingly normal errand to print some things out and have copies made turned into a really good customer service experience. Maureen was very helpful and a great customer service employee.

Went there for a recording device,I was shown two on by the shelf a houndred dollars each, and was told recording devices such as tapes were obsolete,I was told wallmart dosent have anything, lm not a fan of wallmart but there it was casset recorders and tapes thirty dollars,I bought my computer at the Depot and thought Id give them another try hust saying

Theres always a problem here. Good luck getting your ink, as they keep it locked behind the counter and are always understaffed. Waited 12 minutes for someone to unlock the case, only to walk out and leave without the ink. The cashiers computer has frozen the last 3 times Ive checked out. Theres not much other choice on the Southside, give yourself an extra fifteen minutes for checkout if you go.
