Very Shady, Do not do business with this car dealership. They are scam, con artist,crooks, what ever word you want to use. They sale vehicles and then repo them then resale or auction off and sue for entire balance. They dont contact owner before said sale which by Colorado repossession statues say is a no no. Very Bad place. Even past employee told me they are crooks.. he said.. but my experience with them. Horrible company with screw you as their business model.

Had a frustrating day shopping for vehicles in Colorado springs today. I went everywhere and no one would help me out. I was at 7 eleven and asked this Lady where she bought her car i seen she has a new temp tag and she said go see Top Notch she said they finance anyone. So I made my way to Pueblo and sure enough this place finances anyone it was so fast and the people are so nice. I love that this place does not charge a dealer handling fee. I recommend if you need help with financing or want a nice car go to Top Notch Auto Sales.

Very busy place they were selling 3 cars when I was waiting in lobby for my insurance to purchase my vehicle. I am shocked how they didnt ask me for proof of income to get financed. Worst auto dealer in the state of Colorado. They sell lemons and my son made the mistake of getting one of their vehicles and the gas tank starting leaking among other problems. This could have killed him. They refused to do anything about it. This place is a scam. Dont ever make the mistake of spending one penny there you will regret it. I promise you this is the worst car business Ive ever seen. I dont know how they havent been shut down for fraud. They have an F from the BBB

They sold us a Honda CR-V that started smoking before we even had it for a month. They are crooks, I truly cant believe they are in business. DO NOT go here. They said they would have their mechanic look at the car, and then refused to give it back unless I paid months ahead which we refused to do because we caught on to what they were doing. Fast forward a year later, and they are taking me to court for 6,000 when I had the car for LESS THAN A MONTH before it was back in their possession. I had people try to warn me about them before I went in and I didnt listen so this is YOUR WARNING do not spend a cent with these people unless you want to be without a car, and without funds to go elsewhere.

I was under the impression this place finally closed. Why are they still in business is beyond me. As you can the majority of commits are complaints. We need to band together and picket/protest this business. It disgusting when I drive by seeing it open ripping unsuspecting people off. They havent got a moral fiber. The woman that works there you pay your monthly payments to is knee deep in the peddling of junk cars under the guise of being well running cars. I bought the car and had it for a week before the motor blew up. top notch blamed it on me and repossessed it 3 weeks later when I was trying to get it fixed then he sued us and now I have a lein on my house all for buying junk that he knew was no good in the first place.

I was amazed with this place! I saw a jeep I wanted, didnt need it, but wanted it. Price was exactly what blue book was asking, & they definitely looked into all of my concerns. I ended up buying a brand new scooter way under priced because the scooter had an issue, no problem, Ill be more than happy to take it apart, find the problem, & fix it. Honestly, with no credit check, or job verification, just need money, & Your on the road! That was just amazing! Ive always said its not who you buy the car from, its the car itself. Top Notch Con is what this place is! I suggest you shop somewhere else for a car. We went to all three of their lotsfinally found a vehicle we wanted they said the down payment was $1,250 plus tax. The next month payment would be $1,250. Then we would pay $300 a month for 24 months.Agreed to come back at 3 as they would have to detail the vehicle. When we showed up at 3 they changed the terms to requiring us to pay $3,500 down. Their excuse was because we were new to the area but we both have jobs full-time that pay very well. We explained to them that we just moved to the area to their lot when we first came to their lot. So what changed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. clearly the owners of this establishment lack integrity.therefore I would strongly encourage everyone to steer clear of them

This place is a total rip bought two scooters and put down a deposit a van now im stuck at home no scooters broke down the same week I bought them. defiantly not buying the van but I loose 500.00 deposit plus 2200.00 I paid them cash for the scooters and they are worth less to me now. I bought a 02 Kia Rio. The day I drove it off the lot the engine light turned on... Easy fix on that, but then a couple weeks later the knocker censor went out. Then now almost 3 months into having it, the engine blows.... All I do is drive this car to, and from work.... Every week I have had problems with this car now I cant even drive it. Great service

Escape is awesome, sounds like most of you people with the bad reviews either need to actually pay your loan payments, or perhaps actually maintain your vehicle, stuff breaks down. If you cant afford maintenance then dont buy a vehicle. I have had less problems with this 02 Ford Escape than I did with my brand new Chevrolet Silverado that is a total piece of garbage.... Good service walked on lot with little cash found a suburban with a small down payment and drove off in it in less than a couple hours hassle and stress free. Have been late on my payments several times and they have worked with me. Came to get the truck one time because I was months behind and yes I had to pay it up but he did not take it and waited on me when he did not have to.

This business is not reputable at all. Please don’t buy from them. They sell cars that break down within the week of owning it. It finally broke down and I had to have it towed to a different garage. It’s sad when another mechanic’s recommendation is to return it. When I do I was informed they will sell it at auction, and I’m reliable for what they don’t sell it for.

They said ok and called their mechanic and he had an attitude as soon as the salesman told him what i said. The mechanic explained to me thats how they run and walked away. I trusted his word and four days after buying the jeep it broke down on a trip to California. I called Mikie at top notch to ask for reimbursement and or help but she said sorry pal

Gave this business over $5,000.00 cash for a 2007 Hummer H3. It had severe electrical problems, severe oil leakage and Top Notch never provided me the Emissions sticker for my county. Mikee yes her name is pronounced (Mikey) the account lady/ Sales Manager/ Fraudster/ Owners fall girl- will attempt consumer fraud of many types such as asking you to submit a Pueblo west address to save on taxes even if you don’t live in p west. Mikee promised me a refund minus my restocking fee which was never received. After speaking with the sheriff of pueblo county who is a personal friend of my boss he says the owner of top notch is a modern day crook preying on the poor and or unsuspecting Pueblo person. This business is a disgrace to our community and a disgusting human excuse for an American business I urge you to run run run. Or they’ll take your money like it never happened and sell you something with engine problems. Spend your taxes on Craigslist and own it outright, if you buy a car here you must not be very smart. I went in with a lot of promises over the phone then because we had not changed over our driver license from Tx to Colorado yet said they were going to charge an extra 800 dollars down . So I said fine I will go get my license changed to Colorado they said it did not matter now that it was going to be that much because we HAD Tx license regardless if we came back with one from Co....so I guess they were just discriminating us because we are from Texas ?!?!?! Not to mention the car that they said was mechanically sound had transmission problems, break problems and a horrible smell coming from the car also once they realized that we were not going to be paying the extra 800 they just were snobbish and rude !!! do not get from this company they are shady, discriminatory and there cars are broken crap!!! oh and there was another family there that had a shot engine that had just purchased the car so looks like we are not alone sooo glade we did not get a car from them!

They have been amazing. They have worked with me through some hard times so we wouldnt lose our car.

I put 3000 dollars down on a car and the minute i drove it off the lot the engine light and ims light went on. I couldnt go back because they were closed. Found out it was the hybrid battery and it would cost more than 3000 to fix it. They refused to fix it and said it was now my problem but expected remaining payments on a car that i wouldnt be able to drive and then had the nerve to repo the car when i was in springs with my 8 year old son for his birthday and left me 2 hours away from home stranded. This place is a rip off and the most terrible people to deal with. This is how they make their money by taking down payments and repossessing cars after a month late and reselling bad cars. I would never recommend this place. I cant believe they are even able to sell cars!!!!
