I met the owner of T2B when I was looking for a contractor to buff and polish my boat. I had 6 additional projects to complete that represented thousands in repair. He said he was Top 2 Bottom and could do it all ... nothing I can’t do, he said, Top to Bottom, with a smile. He buffed the boat and said he was done. I inspected and found he was not done and he had not inspected his crew’s work. He promised to get out the next day and finish. He called me and said he was done. He was not done and had not inspected his crew’s work - again. I had now paid him his final payment believing the work was done. I have called him 3 times since to finish the work and in each message asked about the other work to be done - he has not responded a single time. He owes me money, he has not finished his work, he is not dependable … and I will never use him again. You should think twice before you do. I am now looking for a dependable, experienced, honest contractor to do my other 6 projects. Know anyone?
