I brought in a used kia I did not buy there for service. Although it took a bit if time to go through everything, and i need a follow up visit, everything was done very well and with care. Everyone there was helpful and pleasant. I had everything explained to me as it progressed. The waiting lounge was comfortable. A great, albeit long visit. I highly recommend the service department.

I bought my first car from this lot, great deal on a certified pre-owned. I came back for every service, when my car needed it. I was able to learn the service department pretty well. Soon enough they were recognizing my vehicle and recomending services and asking about prior appointments and fixes. Maintaining spectacular customer service the whole way. Recently, I traded in that car... and I have to commend the Sales team as they kept me informed of cars entering the lot that I may be interested in. Contacting me over text and email, which was greatly appreciated.

Dropped off our car for a warranty issue. Never had to worry what was going on with it. Very respectful staff. And even met us on Sunday to pick up vehicle due to our work schedules. I have usually had good experiences getting my Kias serviced at Spradley Kia. This last Tuesday, 5.18.21, I had my Kia Soul serviced. The rear license plate and frame were badly bent out of shape. I had to remove the plate and frame and pound them back out so they look halfway decent when remounted back onto the car. When I mentioned to the service attendant he said matter-of-factly and unconcerned that sometimes that happens in their car wash. This is the second time this has happened. I also had the new tires I recently purchased from Spradley Kia rotated for the first time. I have had to return twice this week to have a loose valve stem tightened and repaired resulting from a tire rotation ! ??? Now I have an appointment Monday, 5.24.21 , to the first service visit for my new 2021 Telluride. Should I be concerned???

Although I didnt get my vehicle from this dealership( was moving out of state and labor day weekend held me up) I had the best experience here. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Daniel Snow. He understood my unique situation and went beyond my expectations to help me. Very friendly, attentive to what I was after and had a great response rate. My mom and I both got two Dodge SVUs from there in November. Since then my car has been there five times to be fixed (there for over a week multiple times) and it was never fixed properly and is currently still having issues. My mom’s car has gone there three times and the issues on her car were never fixed either. My car was seen at the Spradley Ford dealership and the Kia dealership, and my mom’s was seen at the Kia and Dodge dealership in Cañon. I would highly suggest NEVER purchasing a car from any Spradley dealership, multiple people I know have also purchased cars from there and they all have had issues as well. Paid over $17k for my car to constantly give me issues and never be fixed, if I could get my money back I absolutely would.

Great customer service. Only got a 3 star review. After oil change, filters, and tires rotation one of my lug nuts was missing on left front tire. Revisited service department and they gave me a new replacement lug nut.Every time I have visited, everyone has been friendly. I will return for next service date.

I had the best car buying experience in my many years at Spradley Kia ! I dealt primarily with Chris De Luca online. I’m from out of state and couldn’t find any dealer locally that helped me as much as Chris .I ordered my Telluride and he kept me informed every step of the way . Chris’s enthusiasm made me more excited than I was already . He would update me on the ETA.and when it finally arrived, he went out of his way to send me pictures (even on his days off )When I arrived at the dealership , I was greeted by Tanika Valdez . She was very pleasant and made the process very easy. Her patience trying to teach me all the details of my new Telluride was much appreciated . Ordered a Telluride through them, dealt with Chris and Tanika the online sales reps mainly. Was a great experience everyone in the dealership was very friendly and didn’t seem like the typical sales guys who throat punch you the second you come on the lot. I had heard a lot about Kia dealerships and I can attest that this is definitely a properly ran dealer. Would recommend fully! Kept me in the loop as much as requested while awaiting delivery.

Anyone looking to purchase a car specifically one from a dealership please stay far away from “Spradley Kia” or any of the spradley dealerships, I bought a car from them made a Three and a half hour drive to Pueblo just so that the car could break down not even a week of owning it. Now the dealership people could care less about it and are trying to hard to cover up there tracks. So now I’m paying a very expensive bill for a broken car not to mention that the fix is one pretty shiny penny.

I was very disappointed with the Kia service department. I bought a new Kia within 2 years I’ve had at least 8 issues with lights burning out. I was told by Dillon in the service department at Kia that the warranty had run out on my electrical and I would have to pay for it out of pocket. In the meantime I was told that they did find a wire in the trunk that needed to be grounded. I’m still having electrical issues. At one point I was told I didn’t need a trunk light. I have reached out to John Secora GSM and he said he would look into it two days later still no response. Maybe the owners Carol or Dale Spradley can reach out to me to help resolve these issues.

Haha ask about SWAT! Its an anti-theft device they automatically put on all their vehicles on their lot. Which raises the price of every vehicle on their lot $995. Which they then ask you to pay for in the final sales price! Then when you complain about it they will eat the price of it, but then refuse to go down on the vehicle price. So that way you think you got a deal, but you didnt. Sales manager I worked with was a real d-bag. Refused to even greet me, introduce himself, or even stand up from behind his desk. Acted annoyed with me because I didnt want to pay $1000 more for a vehicle or a service I wasnt interested in. So I left. And that same day I bought the same exact car somewhere else with a better warranty and less miles! So I guess maybe I should be thanking you?!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. they dont care about their customers. Icalled today more than 5 times. Could not get hold of a human. Left messages no one called me back. My son is stranded in Colorado as his transmission went out for the second time in 2 months. Yesterday he was traveling from Wyoming to texas. Stuck in Colorado explained the situation when he found the dealership in pueblo. They didnt have a car for him to use. Now he had to get a hotel room til Monday. He was supposed to move into his apt today. Car is still under warranty and they said they didnt know when it would be done .could be a week!!!No one could even give him a ride to a hotel. They are rude, too busy trying to sell cars than to help the people who already spent over 10 grand on a POS kia. They dont care about their customers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I purchased a 2006 Pontiac Torrent on December 5th, an hour an a half into the ride home all my gauges dropped and the steering locked up on the highway. I was able to take the car back the next day for repairs and they lent me a car until it was done. A week later I was told it was ready so I went to pick it up. My wife and I went to Colorado springs to do some Christmas shopping. On the way back the same thing happened to us but this time the car died on us. I tried contacting the people I dealt with Daniel, Pete and Tanika. The only one who cared was Tanika, she was so awesome!!! She got us a tow truck a ride back to Pueblo and lent us another car to get home under repairs were done again. The service department was extremely slow because I didnt get my vehicle back until the beginning of March. Everything seemed fine until a week later and the same issues again. I been trying to get them to make things right but no one will help, I mentioned something about a trade and all they asked was how much of a down payment I would have. This place is so driven by greed, I just spent $6,500 and they want more $ from me. Anyone reading this I would highly recommend going somewhere else. There are so many other places, These people will try to convince you that they care about you but they are quick to put you in a deathtrap. I really regret setting foot on the lot, the power steering went out and the part and labor is going to come out to $1,100 so that puts me in a deeper hole. Spradley kia it so disrespectful and dishonest.

I brought my KIA Optima over here to be serviced after having engine trouble. After finding out that my engine would need to be replaced, I was really nervous about filing a claim and having to have work done on my car. I had pretty good experiences with these guys the first year i took my car in as the service department was great. When I started looking for a new car, they were on my list for sure. Thats when issues began. When I didnt end up buying the car I thought for sure wouldnt work, the finance/sales manager got incredibly heated, insulting me, and calling me names. All this while I was sitting there calmly, attempting to explain why it wasnt going to work and Id need to keep looking.He apologized via phone later for his behavior, which I thought was big of him so I went back for further service later. Im finding out now, some of the repairs they did on my car were done incorrectly and now I have to pay for someone else to fix it correctly and fix the damage they did.

I had to take my 2013 Kia Optima in for Service here at Spradley Kia, It took them 2 weeks to diagnose this vehicle. In this period I had to rent a car so my Wife could get to work at a cost of $405.00 out of pocket. It seems that Spradley and Kia have a policy of only Reimbursing or Renting a car for 3 day, When they told me that my car needed a new engine and would order me one I asked about a Rental or Reimbursement of the one I had already rented I was told that it would be taken care of. I called the GM and he sent the call over to Mr Irons at Kia, Well its over a month and still Resolution. I had a Wonderful Experience with Nicki in Service, She was wonderful in trying to help me out. So if you ever have to get your car serviced at Kia please arrange a car to borrow or be prepared to pay out of pocket.

We didnt buy a car here but we wish we could have. I cant review the paperwork process or anything else but I can review the sales lady. We worked with Lynzy and she was wonderful. She was able to get her manager to offer us top dollar for our trade. She was a delight and very professional. The only reason we didnt buy from her was because there just wasnt one we liked that we could afford (completely on us no reflection of Lynzy or the dealer). Lynzy did everything in her power to find something that would have worked for our family our budget was just too tight, she really worked for us. The next time we need a car this will be our first stop!

This is a PSA and also a quick rant.I bought a car from Spradley KIA in January of this year with the guarantee that everything had been fixed on the car, in paperwork no less. A month after I bought it, it seized up on the highway because of an engine malfunction. Turns out, the vehicle is due for an ENGINE RECALL. After I take it in, they tell me my battery is also bad. So they take care of that, Thanks Kia.Fast forward to a month ago, my brakes are making an ungodly grinding noise. We call Kia, wondering why this car Ive driven for 6 months would sound like this. Theyre extremely difficult to get ahold of, and when we finally do get ahold of the financial director, hes giving us tire measurements, calling it brake measurements, which really doesnt reassure me. He says hell see what he can do. Never hears back from Kia. Sweet.So yesterday, I had to take my car in to replace the brake pads, rotor and calipers because I didnt really have another choice. The back brakes are brand new. My left front brake pad isnt awful, however, my front right brake pad has worn down to the point of metal grinding on metal, damaging my piston so much that it wouldnt go back in properly.My friends and I have spent so much time and money and worry trying to figure out whats wrong with the car, and why its this bad. I have looked into lemon law claims because this is wrong. I pay a good amount of money for this car, and the warrantys that I should be covered under, however none of that seems to matter. They got their sale, no longer their problem apparently. Im really just trying to say be careful when you buy a car. Take it in to a shop immediately after and have them do a full inspection and make sure youre not being lied to. Because Im furious, and broke, and worried constantly about a car that I was guaranteed to be safe.

Service Department is a joke. My 2018 Kia Stinger GT that I bought from them blew its engine at under 4000 miles. They have had the car for close to 2 months leaving me with lease payments on a broken car. To top it off they never call to give any kind of update, and when you call they never seem to have any idea of what’s going on. I barely got a rental 6 weeks into the repair, and guess what, still no update on the car. Avoid for service

Our most recent sales guy, Vince for both my husband’s car as well as a new car for our daughter was kind, patient, and helpful. (There was also a lady who assisted in our last vehicle that we bought our daughter at the state fair sale but I am drawing a blank to her name. Regardless....give Spradley your business because I have been going to them 25 years. I have never felt pressured. I am always treated with kindness and respect. I went in to test drive the new Kia Telluride and let me tell you. It was worth it! I didnt expect to much after but Tanika, the sales rep, sold me and my lady. She was straight forward and very knowledgeable. Within a few hours we leased the Telluride. She walked us through the process and what was good and bad. More good than bad. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was calm, cool, and collective. If you are looking for a new Kia, in the Pueblo, CO area I would definitely recommend Spradley Kia!!

Actually , my whole experience was devastating, I WOULD NOT recommend KIA for a new or used car!To the sales lady, to the paperwork , was such a hassle, even the policy that I was forced to get was a JOKE!It literally took more then 5 hours to purchase my jeep from them , and I had cash on hand for a reason!The dude from Hyundai who did the paperwork, shook my hand with great disrespect to a point I was ready to walk out on him, and he didnt even do his job right, which was paperwork! Like smh!So my credit score went completely down because of this company,1) they didnt even mention how many loans that they were applying under my name.2) the paperwork was incorrectly done to take an autopayment out .Like should I go on?..It was extremely sad that the took me for granted and baited a person into buying an overpriced vehicle with a policy thats more expensive then actually doing the work on the vehicle at a shop. Ive tried contacting them a few times about my car falling apart after buying it, now that was also a joke. Unless you have days that your free, during the week, not weekend, good luck getting your car even checked on.Like the very next day, my sales lady contacted me, saying she really didnt met quota for the month, and that if i knew anyone In the market.. 🤣🤣 like man, you can really tell that they have a quota, its extremely sad. KIA PAY YOUR WORKERS HOURLY! Youll make more sales! Like a lot more! Because of this , I extremely advise getting a used car at big daddys or somewhere else whos prime focus is letting you come up to them about a car that your interested in with the price already on the car! So no one can play you, making you pay extra for a car in a dealership.KIA is a JOKE!!I literally can keep going on, my mom warned my about all of this, and to be honest , I stupidly ignored her advice and purchased a car thru this dealership.🤦🤦🤦🤦

This is a little late, but my girlfriend and I recently got a car from this dealership. the experience and care we received was unheard of. From the moment we stepped out of the car, Paul was right there to help us. Paul was amazing in his customer service skills, and made sure we had everything we needed until he could no longer help. Very unprofessional and said they did a safety check on car before we took it home and all shocks are bad so i dont know how thats safe to drive with my kids. Ive only had mu car for 30 days. They were supposed to replace windshield and still have Not heard from them to fix that either. I will never buy another car from them.

I recently bought a car from Spradley Kia and I am very happy with the vehicle as well as the experience. I was not looking forward to the car buying experience because I did not want to encounter a pushy sales person. Tanika was far from that! She was friendly, professional and willing to provide all of the information I needed. I LOVE my new car and I am happy to give Tanika 5 stars!
