Caiden with JDI came in as a lower bid against several other local window replacement companies. The windows took several weeks to manufacture and ship which was the same as all the other companies we talked with. Installers called us and came out the next day after our order came in. They were prompt, polite, professional and skilled. Our job was difficult and it took them all day. They worked hard and the windows look beautiful. Caiden came out and looked over the installed windows and answered questions.
