Rory was awesome! He delivered our bounce house on time and was very friendly! The dragon bounce house was a hit with the kids and worked great all night! It was affordable and worth every penny! We had an awesome experience with Jump Town, thank you!

This was the best addition to our party. We got the 18ft slide to have for kids (and adults) during my MILs 70th birthday. The slide was so fun, Ive never seen my kids and their cousins so happy. The entire experience was very enjoyable from the initial phone consultation to the delivery of the product and pickup after. Highly recommend Rory and his team for bounce house entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Jumptown. The inflatable we got was fantastic and everyone at our 4th of July party had a blast on it. The communication with Rory at Jumptown was easy and clear. He was quick to respond to some changes we wanted to make to our contract and quickly took care of it. They were on time on the day of set up, got everything set up and working smoothly. Then came back on time for take down later. The whole process was flawless and we would not hesitate to use Jumptown again in the future.

We rented a water slide for the 4th of July. Rory arrived right at the times he said he would. Very easy and smooth transaction! Will be using them again for sure.

We have used Jumptown inflatables for 2 Sunday events in 2 weeks. Rory provides excellent customer service. The bounce house is delivered at least 30 minutes before the event begins and he picks up when he says he will. He also is great with younger kids who want to “help” deflate the house in a safe way. Payment is easy with Venmo (we haven’t tried any other form of payment).

The price isnt cheap, but the water slide and jump house we rented for my husbands birthday were a huge hit with both the grandkids and their parents. There was no work for us. They came and set them both up and the family was still enjoying it when Jumptown came to take them down 8 hours later. It was a great decision to rent them.

I had an awesome experience with Jumptown inflatable’s. I called on Saturday morning at 10:30, and they had a slide set up in my backyard by noon. Very easy to work with and flexible. I will definitely be using Jumptown inflatables again in the future.

We booked a 4in1 combo for the 4th of July. Instead of calling us to tell us they didnt have one available, they emailed a question about switching to a 5in1 combo. We had no idea about this email, and so they completely canceled our reservation! Come on?! Is it impossible to call your customer?! We had a big party planned in a big area. And this was the highlight, we cannot believe how terrible the customer service is. Some follow up after the email seems logical. After, I spoke to other similar companies who said theyd definitely call the customer to make sure they knew. At this point, this company doesnt even deserve one star.

Our grandchildren loved the jump house. They played for hours. The crew showed up and put out the inflatable it plenty of time. It worked perfectly. They picked up the equipment when we were done. I highly recommend them.

Our grandchildren and the adults loved the Tiki Slide we rented. I was super fast and they stayed on it the whole 8 hours. I would not recommend this big of a slide for young children.

Had a blast on the Surf the Wave 2 for my birthday bash. It was the quickest set up done by the team, and they took it all down when it was done. No cleanup or hassle for us. It stayed inflated and wet the entire time. It was such a fun experience! Well definitely rent again!

We have rented from Jumptown for the last few years and have never been disappointed! They have lots of great stuff to choose from, but our favorite is the triple slide with the pool at the end. The kids LOVE it! I live kind of out in the boonies so it’s nice they don’t charge me a bunch more to deliver. I highly recommend Jumptown!

The staff was SUPER friendly, the bounce house VERY clean (it was clean when they set it up, but they STILL went all the way through and vacuumed every inch of it before they left!) and in great shape. We love using GooseJumps! Weve used it 3 years in a row for our sons birthday party. I love that the inflatable house comes so clean and in great shape. The staff are great to work with and always professional. I love the deal that they offer and weve maximized it over and over - if book during the week, you get 2 days for 1! Ive rented the Cars 5-in-1 combo bounce house back in 2011 and just recently rented the Disney Princess 5-in-1 combo bounce house. You cant find any bounce house as big as these ones in Utah. Everyone always comments on how big and fun they are. A bonus is the great customer service. They arrive right on time or even a little earlier to set up and gives you extra time to keep the bounce house. The guys were super friendly and nice they even helped me set up the chairs for my party after they were done setting up the bounce house. Its also awesome that they let you keep it for the whole duration of your event. I also was told by a friend that some companies make you pick up the bounce house and set it up yourself. Will rent from GooseJumps again. Hope to see more selections of bounce houses added to their already great selection along with more specials please ;) Maybe a discount for recurring customers.

I have to say, this company truly deserves a 5 star rating! Every single employee that I worked with or talked to was beyond helpful and kind. I have nothing bad to say about our rental experience. I think my favorite part was that it was just 100% worry-free on my part. I didnt have to do anything, and my kids totally gave me all of the credit! They arrived right on time, set everything up, and then came back and packed it up for me. I didnt have to lift a finger. And with everything else I had going on, this was a huge bonus. Rory took the time to make the best recommendations for the needs of our party and Shane was timely in his manner of set up and take down. There was a misunderstanding on the date for the inflatable and I overlooked the incorrect date that was listed in the contract/confirmation email. Rory was more than generous in what he worked out for our family so that we had our bounce house when we needed it. I would definitely recommend this business for an inflatable!

JumpTown could not have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating! We scheduled them for both an elementary school and a junior high event. They were wonderful to provide recommendations on which slides and obstacle courses would be best for the elementary and on how to beat use the bubble balls for the Jr High. I called them multiple times with questions and they were always happy to help. JumpTown was great when it came to getting the insurance piece squared away w the school district which was so appreciated because it was a process I wasn’t familiar with. There was rain in the forecast on the day of our events and again they were so willing to make the needed changes and offer suggestions yet again on how to make our event a success. As we discussed the weather complication Rori said multiple times, “we want to make sure your kids have fun!” The men that delivered and set up out inflatables were friendly, competent and helpful. They were on time for the delivery/set up and takedown (even though I changed times on them at least twice!) It was a great experience all around - I will definitely use JumpTown for our next events!

Horrible! Unprofessional! We ordered a bounce house with Rory and gave him our address. He repeated the address back to me correctly and we had arranged the time they would deliver that Saturday for my sons 5th birthday party. It was his first real party where he could invite friends so he was excited when I told him I had gotten a bounce house set up. The whole party would revolve around this fun attraction. I got a call from Rory leaving me a message the day of the party saying his GPS doesnt show our address as being a place. I called back and got a voicemail and left him step by step directions of how to get to our house. I didnt hear anything back so I thought he would be there soon. A half hour after he was supposed to be there, no Rory. I called and called trying to get a hold of a real live person and kept getting the voicemail. An hour after he was supposed to be there...no one. I was seriously livid. He couldnt bother to call me back at all! They never came, they never called me back to explain what happened. My boy was devastated. Dont rely on this company for any event where you need them to follow through on their word, because their word means absolutely nothing. The only plus to this experience was that I didnt have to pay them in advance and have to go through the process of cancelling a check due to lack of service. Thanks for nothing Jump Town. You make children cry and I hope you will be out of business soon.
