Seeing the reviews I was a little nervous going here, but I had an extremely pleasant experience. Friendly receptionist- quick and professional phlebotomist. I’d go here again and they deserve a higher rating. Also I’d walk-in personally. Very fast and efficient.

I was nervous to come here for bloodwork due to the bad reviews but I had a great experience! I was a walk in and they got me in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and to the point. The girl who drew my blood was a great stick and I didn’t feel a thing! Definitely recommend going when they first open as they weren’t very busy

My first impression of this Labcorp location was the rude receptionist who was rude to not just me but everyone she spoke with. She was not helpful at all. After they ran tests and we got the results back, my doctor informed me that they didnt run one of the tests that we asked them to. I was told that I would have to take the test again. 3 days later I was informed that the test couldnt be done due to something happening to the sample that was taken. This place is a joke. I’m not sure who’s fault this was, but for a medical lab, one would expect a higher level of care. If you need lab work done avoid this Labcorp and go somewhere else.

Staff is professional but very rude. I’ve had to return twice and I thought the first experience was just fluke so I gave it a chance. After coming the second time I was given the same greeting and did not feel happy there. I know times are rough but I don’t think it’s an excuse to be rude.

My visit itself was fine. I didnt have an appointment but they were still quick and professional. The lab technician was funny and made it easy. Getting my results was a huge chore. Ideally you can get them on the website but to authenticate your identity it asks you about cars youve owned and addresses youve lived at. First of all, I dont know how LabCorp would know that info. Second of all, I answered the questions honestly and it still locked me out. I had to call the clinic above LabCorp to get their number because the number on Google didnt work. Then I got transferred to a call center and had to wait for awhile. Then I talked to someone who transferred me and I had another wait. Finally I was able to talk to someone who confirmed my identity by requesting a picture of my license. I dont know why that couldnt have been the procedure in the first place.

Customer service is slow, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Instructions for check-in are nonexistent and then they ask you for the information AGAIAN when you get to the front counter.

Great to work with in person, however.. do not expect to reach anyone by phone. this is ridiculous.

Their website and voicemail states they are open until 4pm. I arrived at 3:05pm and checked in using their electronic check in system. I was called up and was told they stopped taking walk ins at 3pm and could not help me. I told the receptionist that their website and voicemail said nothing about 3pm being a cut off, and that I found this to be very poor customer service, and left.

Made an appointment here over a week in advance, I tried going to my appointment and it was closed. I double checked my appointment time and everything was correct so I called them and they told me lapcorp offices are closed that day and I asked them why they would schedule me for an appointment on a day they are closed and she didn’t know. So I said okay can you make an appointment for me the following Monday and she didn’t know if they would be open on Monday (I needed lab work presented by Tuesday) so a waste of time and effort. How do you not know when your offices will be open??

Just dont go right after lunch break and you should be able to get in and out.

Terrible. Tried to schedule an appointment and paid online. No one was there when I showed up. They dont answer the phone or emails. I have no way to contact them or get rescheduled. Basically got swindled by these guys.

I just had bloodwork done. I have never had it be so easy and relatively pain free. It was honestly shocking how little it hurt. Highly recommended!

The entire time I spent after arriving for my scheduled appointment for routine lab work was well over what I would expect an efficient or large business to operate at. Besides that the general appearance of the lab and waiting area was more akin to a back alley clinic. The place felt nothing short of disgusting, and unsanitary. I will never return, never recommend, and happily and accurately review my experience on available media outlets. Despite suffering through over 45 minutes of waiting in those conditions I finally walked out of the business without ever having being called up to the front counter solely based on my experiences in the sub par waiting room. For a medical facility to feel this way is abhorrent.

The process to set up an appointment online was easy and I got a text confirmation. Sadly it went downhill from there. In the registration info it said I could bring my appointment info on my mobile device instead of printing. I checked in remotely and then received a text to come in and my name would be called. Once I got in, the receptionist told me to check in on their kiosk with everyone else without listening when I said I already checked in... 5min later she asked if anyone had an appointment. I did, but because I didn’t have printed documents, she had me download a free fax app and send a screenshot... (which was mostly illegible) So close to a seamless experience, but not. Took 25min past my scheduled appointment to get started.

I recommend making an appointment before you go. I had an appointment and was in and out faster than anyone else.The staff were professional and efficient.

I think they deserve 1 star because the person that drew my blood was very friendly and did well. It has been almost a month and I have no results. I have called several times, they have told me to change multiple pieces of information to make it work. That has not worked as of yet.

I wasnt looking forward to coming here when I saw the bad reviews. I had to write a review since I had such a different experience as others. Came in for a blood test. There was zero wait and the lady who took care of me was really friendly. In and out in literally 4 minutes.

No one picks up the phone and you cant leave a message either. No customer service!

Im a little surprised by all the negative reviews. Ive been here twice for annual routine lab work and both times the staff has been professional and efficient. They might not be as warm and bubbly as some places, but they were helpful, polite and got me in and out quickly. Todays blood draw was painless, and the technician was skilled. I would definitely recommend this location and plan to return the next time I need blood work done.

Been here a few times and had a great experience every single time. See if you can have Amber help you because she is very good at what she does, the blood sample is always quick and painless.Easily the best place to go for lab work

Very disappointed with the privacy and discretion for this location.I went with one of my children who I have been personally testing for my peace of mind. Its not a fun process for the kid. The nurse and staff where so loud and indiscreet about the whole process. My child might as well have peed and got their result in front of the entire waiting room. I apologized to my child and was grateful that they handled it with so much grace in spite of the experience. Not only that, but they made me use another service to which I paid $58 for a 5 panel test that costs $20 at other places. The service Peace of Mind took 2 days to get me the results of an instant test. The location is clean and professional looking although hard to find in the basement of the building. Seriously, find someone else if youre looking to test for personal purposes.

The woman at the front desk with short spikey frosted tips hair and a tattoo on the back of her neck was super rude both times I’ve been in. Her tone of voice is condescending and she just looks grumpy. Maybe she would be happier with zero human interaction working in the back and sending off all the urine cups.

I came to get a simple lab drawn. I didnt make an appointment because I was assured it would be super fast. The first day I went I sat in their office for 40 minutes and then had to leave. The second day I came I waited for an hour until I went up and told the lady at the desk I didnt have anymore time to wait. She responded and said, Oh well we were just about to call your name but its your call. I decided to wait. When they finally took me back, I asked about how long it normally takes to get results. I was told it could be up to 7 days but she had no idea when they would actually give me a call. I will never go back to this lab. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Its been over a month since I came in and they never told me my results. I had to call them today and they LOST my results. Are you kidding me? So now, I have to call the hospital to see if they have my results. Theyre not apologetic and not even taking the initiative to call the hospital themselves. Its as though LabCorp is ran by children.

Just because your drivers make quick serious at the hospital, doesnt mean they can park in handicap stalls. Shame. Especially from a medical field company representative.

I was afraid at first because of the reviews. It was the complete opposite. Super friendly staff clean place. I was in and out in 15 mins for blood work. I did show up early so there was no wait. First time never feeling pain doing blood work. Super impressed! Would recommend to anyone. Maybe they changed things up.

Their phone service is trash. I tried calling them several times and nobody picked up. Unprofessional and unreliable. They need to pick up the phone for people to take them seriously.

Worst experience. Took so long to even check in and they weren’t very helpful. They made me check in and wait over half an hour and ended up not even helping me. Left very upset.

Complete joke!! Theyre open on fridays but wont let you drug test. Lady at front desk was very rude I literally needed this for nursing school and she still treated me very very poorly. Dont use this business very unprofessional.

Dont bother making an appointment. I sat there waiting for over half of an hour while they took in two people that didnt have appointments before me. Also, they need more employees. Im pretty sure it was just the one employee working there. I will say, though, that the process was quick once they started working with me.

This place is regularly understaffed for the volume it handles. I go every 3 months and even though some days the employees do seem to be in a bad mood, its usually because the staff is being overworked and likely underappreciated. I find that if Im nice to them regardless they usually end up being just as nice in return. I work 60 hr weeks and tend to get a little irritable when others arent picking up their slack too - though this never is an excuse to misdirect frustration try giving them the benefit of the doubt first.

This place doesnt deserve the low reviews its been given. Sure they might not have staff that are as friendly as at a 5 star restaurant but they are very quick and efficient and they do their jobs well. I have zero complaints about this place.

Made an appointment online for a drug screening. They got me in about 10 minutes early and was out 5 minutes later. Could not have been easier.

At first it seemed like the reviews were going to be true but I think people confuse professionalism and efficiency with rudeness, I felt the staff did an awesome job, they were quick, kind, and professional. I am happy with the service I received.

Ive taken drug test in the past with other labs and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Took 45 minutes at this place.I will not be peeing here again in the future.

I scheduled an appointment for a drug test online at the Provo location on a Friday. When I got there, they told me that they dont do drug screenings there on Fridays. This was not noted anywhere on the website when scheduling the appointment.

This is the most incompetent company Ive ever dealt with, I keep paying bills over the phone, for one doctors appointment (for some reason I have to pay separately for each line item) and they only send the bills through the mail, not email, mail, like in an envelope. They dont come until they are way late and they make it almost impossible to pay them.terrible business

I had a satisfactory experience having blood work at LabCorp in Provo. Quick and easy check-in. Quick and easy blood draw.

Absolute savages. The staff acts like they just got out of prison. They all circled around me like a gang and called me liar and told me that if I didn’t get out of the waiting area while talking to my employer and other LabCorps on the phone trying to figure out another place where I could take the test they would have me escorted. They were still open, and I wasn’t even talking to them. Everything I did set them off. I called EARLY at like 9am, I have the phone records to prove it. To ask them if I needed an appointment, they told me to come in anytime between now and four and I showed up at 3:45 and they denied me service. My employer will not let me get it done elsewhere - but found another Labcorp location to get it done - An absolute nightmare! They verbally abuse patients at this location - read the reviews! It’s true. Go elsewhere!

I saw all the bad reviews on here before I went in, so I decided to just go and make the best of it. Turns out, its as bad as you might think. The lady that helped me really wasnt nice. Like, everything I did seemed to bother her. They did get me in and out quickly, so thats the reason for the two stars (but I went in first thing when they opened). Seriously though, this place is like, almost DMV bad.

There were two staff members who were extremely rude and short with the patients. The lady at the front desk was friendly and apologetic. This was one of the worst experiences with healthcare I have ever had. The lab tech with short, cropped blonde hair was very rude and unprofessional. I would go to a different LabCorp in the future if I had to have a test performed at this institution.

Great new facility and location. The lab phlebotomist was professional. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

The front office lady was so rude and not helpful at all. She was put out that i asked what the wait was and said just scratch your name off if you don’t want to wait.I understand that the clinic can be busy but it would be nice to know my estimated wait time. she has little reason to work at the clinic if she doesn’t want to help anyone.

The staff are extremely rude. They’re very demeaning, and it seems like it’s such a burden that you’re the only person in their lobby and you need help. Real quality stuff here 👌 wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I’ve ever cared about. Management should fix this or be changed.

I went with my friend to get her blood drawn. Susan the employee was extremely rude, kept telling my friend that her veins were horrible, that she was so ill prepared and that this was going to be so hard because her veins were bad. My friend was trying to have a good attitude but every word out of Susan’s mouth was rude and obviously stressing my friend out. The blood draw ended taking a long time because my friend felt threatened and stressed.

Both times I have visited this place the lady checking guests in was very rude. I hope they learn to answer people’s questions in a nicer way.

The only reason I am giving one star rating is because I can’t give them a negative rating. These people are extortionists. How in the ginger flying F&$@ can a bill go from $860.40 to $3348.95 because we chose to be billed instead of paying on the spot. This is full on legalized robbery. A 289% mark up. 🖕theaf Corp.

Very rude staff. They would not draw blood for my two college daughters without them giving a credit card. My card was then incorrectly charged. When I contacted LabCorp billing to work it out, I was told that they absolutely cannot require that. They were also just absolutely rude about it to my and my daughters. I wish there was another lab we could go to but we are stuck with them. Hopefully, these terrible reviews will get someones attention and they will do something about these phlebotomists!

Everything that is said on these reviews is true! I went in today to simply ask if my why my sons results hadn’t been faxed over to the doctors office yet. The gal was very put out and said “ WE DONT GIVE OUT RESULTS HERE”. I said, I know that but the doctors office said the results should have been sent over 3 or 4 days ago. Then she was really bugged and I think took it personal like I was saying they dropped the ball which I never did. She looked at me and said, I have no idea where your results are, have a nice day! Look lady. I’m sorry but the world owes you nothing! Sure wish I would have caught her name. I guarantee most people that have written these reviews knows who I’m referring to

The Labcorp in Provo is a brand new facility at Grandview Health Center. The nurses were very nice and helpful. I was able to get in and out with my labs. My doctor is in the same building. Definitely a great place for healthcare!

Absolutely no staff members are pleasant. They will treat you like you are a waste of your time. Find another location if possible.

The nurses were rude, she jammed the needle into one arm and didnt even get a vein and so did the same thing in the other and now both arms are bruised, super rude, inconsiderate, and I never want to return. 0 Stars if it was an option

I took Seans advice and went for a walk in around 9am. The staff were pleasant I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Work was done shoddily, information given out to the doctors office poorly, billing confusing and poorly explained.

They are always kind. I quickly went to another place where they made me horrible bruises. Here it was easy and safe. I took out 7 tubes of blood and did not leave me morotenes in my arms.
