The quality of the product was excellent. The customer service from the main office was very good, though it took a while into the process to get pricing specifics. The “franchisee” where I dropped off and picked up wasn’t quite as convenient, but it wasn’t for their lack of trying, and it wouldn’t stop me from using the service again.

Having wanted to turn my parents’ home videos digital, I came across EverPresent and I’m so glad I did. They took such care of our many videos, set up an affordable plan, checked in along the way, and delivered something priceless.

I had a very straightforward project. The staff at Everpresent was easy to work with and the DVDs met my expectations. I had a few years worth of special iPhone videos on a flash drive that I wanted transferred to two DVDs, as my laptop doesn’t have a burner. It was an easy process and now my children’s baby videos are preserved for years to come.

A pleasure - I handed over stuff in multiple formats from old stereoscopic slides from the 1950s to crumbling photo albums from the 1920s. They digitized it all. I liked having an easy pick-up/drop-off location at Providence Picture Frame.

This is the only place I have used to scan slides, but I was very happy with the updates and service. I did not pay extra to have my slides fixed as they were old and there were blemishes. I think the cost is more than some services, but I felt more comfortable not having to ship my precious slides off. My items were treated with care and I would use EverPresent again.Update: I have used them again and continue to be happy with the service. I also had an old 8 mm film digitized (no sound) and it was very reasonably priced.

So I was moving to a new house and while I was cleaning my room, I found some of my old cassettes that had family videos from 2005, but i was so upset cause i couldnt watch it because i didnt have a camera to insert the cassettes so i ended up going to best buy first to see if they had anything that i can watch the videos, unfortunately best buy was no help. So I searched online and I came across Ever Present and I called them to see if they do such things. They said they were able to help me, I got so excited and I went to their office to drop off my old family cassettes and a few weeks later, they were ready! They put into a small flash drive, I was in tears! Because these cassettes had family videos and so many memories when I was kid, it was so emotional to see my grandmother in these videos! My grandmother passed away in 2013 and I was devastated, because I thought we had nothing but pictures of her but I was glad I found the family videos and Im even more happy that EverPresent put it together so nicely and professionally! If it wasn’t for them, those cassettes would of been in a box and never opened, but now i have memories i can watch for a lifetime! Thank you EverPresent for your services! I had raw footage from a documentary shot in 1984. Everpresent took a box of 34-year-old Beta I tapes (the high-speed industrial format which consumer machines dont play) and turned around very clean digital transfers. If they can handle that, I feel very confident they can deal with standard Beta or VHS.
