My father has been taking all his cars to Murphy’s for as long as I can remember. Jack and his team have always taken care of him. Yesterday was my turn to need auto service for the first time. I had an on-the-road emergency that required immediate attention. My dad called Jack and he offered to come and look at it right off the bat! I was so floored with the sheer dedication the man has to the work and the clients. Thankfully we were able to patch my car up enough to drive it to the shop. When we got there, around 4pm, there were many customers there, and cars lined up all the way up his driveway. But jack got my car up and on a lift within a half hour and showed us exactly what went wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. They had to have ordered the new part that day because it’s now 12pm the next day and the car is already done even when we told him there was no rush. I am always so thankful for Jack and his team, they’ll do everything they can to help you out, while still being real about the realities. My car isn’t worth much, he knows that and I do too, so he offered me the safest and most cost effective option and I couldn’t be happier. So happy this town has such a reputable and respectable shop. It’s truly a gem
