I personally have a wonderful experience working with a professional team . I have been carefully trained , and every time I have a concern or a question about a particular test , I get a prompt reply from the wonderful manager .There is no pressure at all with this job. I do it in full confidence and passion .Everything is well organized. The testing site has never encountered any technical issue . The tests are professionally prepared and well organized . I am glad to have the opportunity to share my experience about Second language testing .

Working with SLTI has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had during my working career. My immediate boss in particularly pleasant, always ready to assist, animated and professional.The whole team is caring and professional, a hard working team, with particularly loving hearts.

Have worked for a number of academic testing companies but have never seen anything like the confusion that exists with Second Language Testing and their poor handling of the 2019 English Language listening item project. The project started on an organized track, but it quickly began to go downhill. Early on, there had been an apparent lack of organization on where written items needed to go for review upon completion. Even more unacceptable has been the slow turn around feedback for written items. It is mind-boggling how items submitted in April are only receiving QC feedback at the end of August. Do they really expect that revisions will be made at that late stage? Poorly managed project!!
