Used her several times for services. Very fast response time, reasonably priced, and always communicates clearly. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with these people. Got documents served, as promised, on time. I will absolutely use Arnolds in the future for prospective tenant background checks, for starters. I learned a lot from talking to the nice woman who manned the shop the day I was there. This was a really good investment. Saved me time, money and stress.

She was never in her office, matter of fact I never even met her! The guy up stairs took all my info. And he past it along to her. I called her at least once a day. Most days twice. Untill her voicemail was full.never once, Not once did she ever return my calls. For almost 2months I didnt know what was going on untill I got a recite letter in the mail. She only did half her job. And kept my $150.00Dollars.I dont know if it will help but Im going to report her to the BBB, To let them know she does not run a good business.

Provided timely service, missed getting document to court but dropped everything to get it to me as court was in session . Would have received five stars if that hadnt happened.

These people should find another line of work, they go to the same home all three times knowing that the person to be served has security doors and they call it quits.

Tracy Arnold is owner and also did process service for me on a Forcible Detainer. I called, she was working on Jan 2nd (other process servers were off), and she served my FD same day.She seems nice and very friendly. Her office is right near courthouse.I recommend her highly.
