We ended up with issues on my moms and my computers at the same time and Chris met me at his office late Friday at 7pm on a 3-day weekend! Would of had to wait until late Monday to get an appointment from other places. Was blown away by his customer service and how he helped get things back up and running so my grandson could turn in his homework online. How refreshing to meet someone who genuinely wants to help and is willing to go the extra mile. He worked extensively on two computers and I expected to pay double what he charged. My computer would not turn on. I thought I would need to buy a new one but decided to have Chris look at it. He went over everything in it and determined that I just needed a new power source. Fantastic service! Chris really knows his stuff. When my laptop wouldnt start, a different outfit told me Id have to ship it out and have the whole motherboard replaced. Chris fixed one small part where the power cord plugs in, and voila! Saved me a fortune. I had it back and working fine the next day. Cannot recommend enough.

Took two computers in for repair. My daughters Dell laptop had a dying hard drive. Dustin went over the problem and recommended a hard drive he could install, and would upgrade to Windows 10 at the same time. Perfectly done! I was trying myself to upgrade my HP laptop from Windows 7 to 10 but getting nowhere. I decided after such good service on my daughters laptop to have them run a check on my computer and install 10. They did so and the computer runs perfectly and very fast. I inquired about their annual service plan and its a great deal, particularly since they credited the amount Id just paid for both laptop repairs towards the plan! I am very happy with the service I received and have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone needing help with their computer. I called Softech because of their reviews and they are very close to my home. I had a problem with my computer talking to my printer after having a new router installed. I spoke with Justin over the phone. He was very patient with me and walked me through how to re-install my printer. It only took a couple of minutes but I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. If I ever have another issue I will be sure to call Softech. Its great to know that we have this kind of company in our little town!

My video-card blew during the final weeks of school, completely disabling my interface. I only saw Softech on the way to another local computer shop. It was lucky that I had, because the shop I went to did nothing and acted like my business was an annoyance. Then I went to Softech and spoke with Steve who was courteous and knowledgeable. Since my system is old we had to try a few different cards before we got it right. He was patient and gave me a good price. That fated and feared day when my system Does finally quit (knock on wood), Softech will be getting my cash thanks to Steve.

I just wanted to give a shout out to SofTech computers on Montezuma. I live in Phoenix now, and try to help my mom with her computer over the phone. Well today I couldnt get her fixed, so she went to Best Buys geek squad.....150.00 to fix it with no estimated timeframe, so she said thanks but no. I looked up some places, and came across them. In and out in 10 minutes, more fixed than it was brought in for, and lets just say the money thing....just a slight difference.
