Mathnasium is an amazing place. We’ve been there for about 2 month and my daughter loves it. The Instructors go above and beyond explaining each problem, helping with homework. It’s a place where they teach and explain the problem, a place where a child can advance in math and love math. The instructors are there to help your child with everything about math and help them understand the basics to master each problem and advance. You drop off your kid knowing she is in good hands, not just sitting there wasting time. I quiz my daughter each time she comes out on what did you learn, how did you solve this problem. She feels more confident and always comes out with a smile saying today I learned how to solve this and this instructor helped me with this and I get it now. Thank you for everything you do for our kids each and everyday. James the center manger is always there to answer your questions and is amazing. Thanks again

I took my son here for math assistance and advancement and my son loves this place. My son is special needs but this program is very motivating for him. My son is supported academically and emotionally and praised often.

My kids have been with Mathnasium for 5 years now. The first year they were there, we saw some improvement. The year after that and up until now, they are always above average in Math. Staffs are friendly and encouraging. They are very flexible about taking a break for vacation or for sports. They will temporarily stop payment and resume when your child is ready to go back to class. I was very impressed with how they handle the Covid 19 situation. They were quick to turn their on site classes to online when a lot of other places were still trying to figure out what to do. My children enjoy going to the learning center and never complain about it. I think thats very important. If I have to drag them there, I would have gave up half way. They also encourage kids by giving them points for completed assignments and kids could exchange the points for gift cards or other gifts. I cant thank Mathnasium Poway enough for helping and encouraging both my kids with Math. Will definitely recommend friends to Mathnasium Poway.

Great experience for the kids. We have one who isnt a huge fan of math, but it seems that is changing now that weve started Mathnasium. :) Im pleased with the flexibility of doing online or in office as well.

For over the past two years my 3 kids have been attending Mathnasium. We are very happy with the progress our kids have made in Math. Thanks to Mathnasium all of our kids are in accelerated math program in school. The Mathnasium instructors work very well with Children. I appreciate their assessment progress reports and individual approach to each child. What’s most amazing is the fact that kids can go to Mathnasium 6 days a week !!

Mathnasium was an essential part of my daughter getting through the Common Core math in high school. It was difficult for her because she hadn’t started out learning math that way. Mathnasium helped her to go over the study materials and understand the work better!

We wanted our son to level up (one grade level in Math). He was initially enrolled when he was in 3rd grade and within few months started showing very good handle on advanced math topics (to his grade) and successfully place in advanced math in 5th grade.Again, he needed some help with advanced topics when he was in 7th grade and Mathnasium came to our rescue. Within about 8 months he completed Integrated 1 level math. I think their secret is the individualized plan that they come up with after the student takes his/her initial assessment. That supplemented with one on one coaching works magic with the kids and in no time kids start enjoying math. All coaches are very competent and make kids learn math ( enjoy math, rather) in a friendly manner. In addition to this, Mathnasium also sends monthly progress report. Also, during COVID they quickly came up with online tutoring.Last by not least, kids really love their no-homework policy. Thanks to all coaches for their great work!

I absolutely love not only the level of improvement but more than anything is the confidence in my child, in ALL areas of her life. Who knew that the struggles in math would have such an impact on her - I cannot LOVE enough how Mike and his staff have worked so hard and diligently with her. She is now excited about math because her career choice relied heavily on math and science. Now its a reality and not a dream that she can pursue. THANK YOU!

I am really happy with their teaching techniques. My son enjoys going there. He has improved in his academic achievements since he started attending Mathnasium. I would definitely recommend to anyone who ether has issues understanding the school material or wants to be advance in class.

My ten-years-old daughter build up confidence and knowledge less,than in two months.Her tests score went up really quickly and we don’t have any problems with homework anymore. I was very happy and thankful to see A + after hard tests at school, huge improvement!!! Mathnasium is the best place to help your child understand math and make it easy! And the best part of all she really loves this place.

My daughter has only been there a short time yet her confidence has increased and her mid-year report card showed great improvement from the fall. Also Mike and staff at Mathnasium Poway are very friendly and accommodating, so I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for tutoring for your child

My son loves coming here for extra support in math. I think it builds his confidence, knowing when he has questions and needs clarification for math homework and tests, he can get that at Mathnasium. He enjoys the tutors and management at this location and we drive from 4S just to attend this location.

We love Mathnasium! Both of our kids struggled with math for different reasons but now have so much more confidence because they are seeing the great results of their hard work!

Our daughter Mimi was already getting good grades at math prior to Mathnasium, however she lacked motivation, courage, initiative - the overall confidence to know she could tackle any problem herself. The magic of the Mathnasium staffs dedication over a span of the last 6 months has delivered all of the above and a bag of chips! She retains most everything she is taught and breezes through the work at school or Mathnasium. I cannot think of a better complement to give Mathnasium than witnessing the progress measured by leaps and bounds in my daughter. Keep up the great work.

Mathnasium has provided excellent service and the best tutoring possible for my daughter. She has been struggling in Math for a couple of years. So, needless to say Math for her was not an enjoyable subject. After starting sessions at Mathnasium she has really started to enjoy Math. She likes to get the extra help and the tutors have been great at getting her to really understand the process. The owner Mike is excellent and really has a passion for helping kids learn and grow. I give Mathnasium in Poway a A+.

If you think this place is just for elementary age students, you are wrong. My Senior is preparing for her last SAT and I wish we would have come her instead of spending money on a different program where she fell through the cracks. The teachers fill in the gaps and help her attack the problems step by step on the SAT workbooks. Oct 6, I know her score will increase.

Mathnasium gives my daughter the extra support she needs to understand and complete her math assignments and fill in the gaps in her learning that were created by the school system switching to Common Core when she was in 6th grade.

I am not happy with Common Core, and come to find out there are a lot of holes in this mathmatical process. We have only been doing this for one month but I am thrilled with our sons enthusiasm. He is building confidence and a clear understanding of the mathmatical processes. If a student cant build a proper foundation, when it comes to math, they cannot progress to the next step. Mathmatical success is built on a solid foundation of the processes. Middle School is a great time to start building this solid foundation. Best decision ever!

Math technicians are A+ and my 15 year old son enjoys his days at Mathnasium!!!!
