This is a new office. Clean and efficient. I went there for fasted blood drawn in the morning. Their kiosk is very efficient to get ID and insurance information. No waiting after self checkin to get blood drawn.

After a poor experience with another Labcorp location, I decided to give this one a try. It was easy to find, clean, and they got me back right away. The kiosk check-in process was a little unclear (I had my appointment QR code, but it wasnt clear how to scan that, so I just checked in like a walk-in), but that didnt negatively impact my experience. The blood draw itself went fine, quick, nothing out of the ordinary. I would go to this location again.

Worst customer service ever! I went there to get my regular blood work done, and they checked me in. But once I got there, they asked me for my doctor’s recommendation. I showed them the email with my doctor’s signature on it, yet they asked for it to be FAXED to them and that they won’t run my tests without that.Several things that are wrong with this,1. If you needed the report first, you should have told me a few days before my appointment and not at the time of. I was on 12 hours fasting for this appointment and they tell me this during the appointment and the fax could take several more hours!2. The person at the front desk was super rude and didn’t seem to understand what others were going through. They need to learn customer service first.

Bad experience...needed some blood work done marked STAT requested by my doctor (Im 34 weeks pregnant) and found out 3 days later they completely lost all my blood work info. So now Ive had to redo my blood work at the hospital only to wait another 3 days for results. My urine has also not been accounted for. Way to be professional... NOT!

They have moved from this location to the Gateway medical center (suite 119) further down the street. Once I got there, the experience was quite pleasant.

Made an appointment this morning for routine labwork on the mobile web, showed up right in time and was called back within a minute. In and out in 15 minutes, and all the staff was super helpful and kind to me and my kids. Great experience. Thanks!

Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Receptionist and Nurse were both very nice, I don’t think I’ve EVER had a blood draw as fast as they took it today. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I need any more tests done!

I could’t believe how awesome my experience at this LabCorp Bernardo Heights location was this morning. Plenty of parking, no line at 8:30 on a Wednesday, check-in was easily facilitated, folks were attentive and efficient. I dread needles and the professional who drew my blood was caring, accommodating of my needs, and was my best blood drawing experience yet. Best of all, it all took only fifteen minutes. I highly recommend it!

Another LabCorp location failed to send in some state paperwork when I got blood drawn. Came to this location and the staff could not have been more helpful or more pleasant to work with. They helped get things resolved, re-did the blood draw, and made sure everything was proper. No appointment, and waited only 5-10 minutes. Cant thank this staff enough!

If you want to go to a Labcorp to get your blood drawn, don’t go to this address. They moved but they didn’t update the info. 15725 Pomerado Rd suite 119. It’s where it locates now.

My family has never had a problem with waiting too long here, Ive done walk-in visits (no appointment) as well as pre-arranged appointments set up online and both ways have not taken too long. Really nice people working here- Ive seen rude people come in who blame the employees for their own (the patients) paperwork mistakes. Thats just cray...

I arrived and my Drs office hadnt sent over the requisite paperwork (even tho it had been 3 weeks). The Labcorp lady at the front desk was a real star on this. She called the Drs office, waited, was told that the right person wasnt available. Waited 10 minutes, called again, talked to the lady who promised to fax them over. Waited another 10 minutes and called again because they hadnt arrived. Labcorp doesnt have a backline number to the Drs office, so had to go thru the same phone-tree crap as the rest of us, so every call was 5 minutes. She easily could have said come back when the paperwork arrives and let me deal with it.The lady that drew my blood samples was professional, quick and hygienic.I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Would not recommend this location; horribly staffed; waiting room full of patients and yet phlebotomists still go on break. So much for customer service

Because some of my doctors offices have paperless computer connections with LabCorp and it is convenient for THEM, I have used three different LabCorp locations over the past three years. They were uniformly awful. Hour-long waits just to draw blood were typical, grungy store-front locations, surly indifferent employees. The low quality and high turnover of employees suggests they treat their employees as badly as they treat their customers. But the WORST part of LabCorp is their incompetent, dishonest, and very aggressive billing. In every single instance the LabCorp site that drew the blood was given my primary and secondary insurance information -- they actually Xeroxed both cards every time. Then more often than not they dont bill secondary insurance. Exactly 30 days after Medicare (primary) pays them, they send me a balance due bill for what the secondary insurance would pay if LabCorp had billed them. I call them, they look it up, admit they goofed, promise to bill Blue Shield, but I first have to give them the insurance information again. Exactly 30 days later they send me a collection notice for the same amount. The fine print admits the collection agency is a subsidiary of LabCorps parent, but the intention of the scary language is clearly to intimidate seniors into paying LabCorp amounts we dont owe simply because LabCorp cant be bothered to bill secondary insurance, at least not correctly. We have another less friendly (on my side) phone call. A supervisor admits secondary insurance hasnt been billed and promises to bill Blue Shield, but they need my secondary insurance information YET AGAIN. Their computer doesnt keep secondary insurance information, or so they say. Sometimes that time works; sometimes not. They are still billing me for a test done nearly a year ago, for which they have not yet billed Blue Shield; but this is the LAST one.I have given ALL my doctors signed, written notice that I REFUSE CONSENT to have ANY of my lab work sent to LabCorp ever again. I suggest you do the same, if you can. Unfortunately LabCorp seems to have locked up a bunch of HMOs who count pennies and dont care about service. Thats why I dont have an HMO.I now get written lab orders from my docs and take them to the Pomerado Hospital laboratory (on the ground floor of the outpatient pavillion). Clean modern facility, short wait, friendly professional employees, and NO billing problems. Good riddance to LabCorp.
