Every time I visit this laundromat the manager is nasty! Also, the last time I went to this laundromat, my new shoes that I was going to wash got stolen (which I strongly believe was one of the employees).

Dirty and disorganized. Only have one young guy doing it all, he does what he can but is not enough, that place is big and requires more people on the floor , not just folding clothes

I felt that Sheila was so helpful, kind, and patient. She never stopped working hard, and keeping things disinfected. I really appreciate the owners who hired someone so good.!! Thank you again. JReuss

They have recently upgraded many of their machines, which is good. They are not committed to enforcing their own mask policies, which isnt.

Lots of machines for many of people. In and out in a hr+. Did look at the TV but it had it. All the machines worked, didnt have to wait.

After coming back due to COVID-19, the place is a lot cleaner, new machines throughout, convenient and the employees are very very nice and helpful. Thank you Big Bubble for making my day! Youre the BEST....

Just updated their machines. Clean, and respectful. Only con is how crowded it can be, and peoples children are generally unbearable so I just clean my car and wait.

Updated Review: I Im the Janitor here for the big bubble, my responsibility mostly consists of as you would expect cleaning however I am also responsible for very basic maintenance as well over my many years working for the Big Bubble Super Laundromat I have experienced many things ups and downs and countless changes in staff, but through it all there have always been certain co workers and even customers who have stuck with me to help make the Bubble the place it is today. We have become a close family and keep the Bubble what is is today. Thank you to all our wonderful customers.

New washers and dryers work great and you are in and out quickly. No having to start your dryer load over because it didnt dry right

Its clean ive been going there for years they recently renovated it looks great I think even more space to fold now not to kid friendly lol my kids get stuck watching news went today lady put on news madecit hard for my 6 yr old to sit still ok its . BUT price went from 8.50 to 10.00 i understand to make money bck but today i went back and all the machines went. Up $2 more smh no its 10.50 for the biggest 7.00 for the next and so on in this pandemic people cant barely afford now this 💔😠 smh would hve gave 5 🌟 if prices were reasonable also i came 2cwks ago left a 60$ garment got to the house and called in my daughter left it on the cart it got thrown out same day. But i heard they suppose to keep it at least over night I just blamed my daughter for not paying attention smh.

Always friendly staff. Bathrooms and facility kept clean. Plenty of washers, dryers, carts and folding stations. TV’s to keep you entertained too.

Alot of vagrants frequent the place. The washing machines need to be cleaned the door windows on some you can honest to God see algae on them. Use to live this place but its gone downhill fast

The place is clean, and the employees are helpful. I like that they have a reloadable card that you can use, now I dont have to deal with a ton of quarters to get my laundry done. A few employees were sweeping the floors and cleaning the machines after people used them, which is great for sanitary reasons. They have Wi-Fi, vending machines, and a few flat screen TVs. I use their Wi-Fi to watch my Netflix while my clothes are being washed. Overall, a great place to get your clothes washed. ☺

I went in on a Sunday morning, unfortunatly I was unable to do my laundry after putting them inside of the washer machine. Whomever was in charge, a older lady with short gray hair was rude/nasty to not only me but my child, and very unhelpful.

I go every 2 weeks. For the sizes of the loads with my big family it perfect. Its all aboit timing if you get there on a certain day at a certain time it is perfect. Other then that be prepared to move around and stay busy.

Big Bubble laundromat is the best place to do your laundry. It is clean. All of the washers and dryers operate with great effiency. There are several laundry attendance available. There is an assortment of various sizes of washers. Big bubble laundromat has a washer for all sizes of laundry.

Left a bag of folded laundry & it got thrown out . I didn’t realize till a week later that I didn’t have some things that I remembered washing . Went to the bubble & everybody was so rude & careless “ like oh well , it was thrown out “ not for nothing it was some car seat stuff for my kids so I was really upset . My card chip stopped working I put 25$ onto the card and because they couldn’t prove that I only got 5$ back Onto the card . I’m so over the bubble

I go here when I want to get the laundry done quickly. The staff is friendly and the work hard to keep the place tidy.

They let pit bulls run around loose in laundromat when I complained to staff she said it was a service dog said she knee the dog asked.why it wasnt on a leash or wearing service dog jacket manager sid it was OK when I said I want to speak to owner she said she was the last stop. I will find the owner. I like to let him know his manager Lisa is putting him at risk for lawsuit.

It was nice when it opened. but now it is very digusting and dirty and machines are broken that never got fixed and employees are rude and caliphs, if you dont mind doing your laundry in a dirty ghetto environment, this is the place for you. But if you like clean launderette s, stay away from this crumbling dump

Has cockroaches running around and mold in the washers. Workers do nothing and are rude.

The one star review is for the attendant Iress. She gives preferential treatment to the people she chooses and ignores, insults and walks away from people she doesnt know or care for. Just poor character and bad customer service. Have respect for your job and treat EVERYBODY well no matter if you know them or not.

Lots of people use this place. Still like coming here to wash my clothes.

Clean and there are a lot of washing/ drying machines. Busy on the weekends but plenty of available space. Only downside is you have to activate a special card to use the machines. Its a commitment, but worth it.
