Extremely unprofessional very awkward/strange environment. They act very ghetto and just uneducated. Haircuts are average at best and not consistent. They don’t even open or work their posted hours which is almost laughable in all honesty.

Yes, they do a good job cutting hair. I don’t have much of a problem with the “less than professional” nature of the place. It’s a barber shop. The main problem to me is that they don’t keep to their posted hours of operation.

My son just got a haircut and the cut is SO BAD he now has to shave his entire hair off. WORST place. Stay Away.

Absolutely 5 stars! Took 4 of my boys to get their haircuts for school on short notice and they took them right in, even though they were busy. They all did such a great job! We have definitely found our new go to place!

Wanted to get my 6 year old son afresh new haircut. Thought I would try this place. I called around 3:45pm before showing up to ask if they were busy. They said no, just to come quickly. As Im exiting my car there was an employee outside looking at the door and window of the shop. I could over hear him saying that there is no sign displaying the hours. As my son and I walk in the shop I hear them discussing who is going to take care of us. We stood there listen to an employee arguing with another whos cutting our hair. No one greeted us, no one said please wait or how long till someone was able to take care of us. I was disgusting with the way that was handled. We walked out with no one coming to see what was wrong.Horrible customer service.Horrible attitudes.And the shop looks like it should be in downtown city of Poughkeepsie or even Newburgh. It was dirty, drab, and very hood/ghetto.NEVER ever, ever would I go back for any reason.I would NEVER recommend it.

Best haircut Ive ever gotten

Razor Sharp offers terrible haircuts and theyre just way too fast. It almost seems as if it is in a rush. Im not sure if its just my barber, but Ive had terrible experiences with L and other barbers their in the past. Other than that, the prices are somewhat reasonable. The atmosphere is friendly, and also enjoyable. Razor Sharp has plenty of magazines available while you are waiting. But, the waiting time is usually long because the barbers are not even working efficiently even with a quick cut. Overall, needs much improvement in quality of work.

The guys that work here are very skilled. Most of them give great haircuts. They take their time and I come out looking great.The PROBLEM is they are not very professional. You walk in, it feels more like a hangout then a business. Sometimes that is OK, but not when the workers dont show up, are late, or leave when you had an appointment with them. Twice I scheduled an appointment, I show up, and they tell me the guy left. This most recent time, I talked to the barber directly, asked him what time he would be there and what time he was leaving, made my appointment. Show up and again he left already. Very unprofessional. I work overnights and I could have been sleeping more instead of getting up to get a haircut and keep my appointment. Poor work ethics.In summary, They do great work, but are not very professional. You call to make an appointment, it sounds like they are picking up the phone at their house. They dont keep appointments, because the barbers leave. Screwed me over twice and now lost my business. I would not recommend them.
