They were great on the day of install. Phone were setup and tested before they arrived on-site. They installed router, QOS and VOIP phones with almost no disruption to our service. We have been with them for 3 years now. Technical support is very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The phone service is clear and works 100% (no disruptions, dropped calls, etc.).
