Do not use this software. Too many integration issues and extremely poor customer service. When I spoke with the owner Sonya in an attempt to give them an opportunity to resolve the issues, she was rude, condescending and had very little patience or understanding of the problems we were having. Treated me as though I was a nuisance instead of a valued customer. Will gladly take our business elsewhere.

This company was suppose to make our route making at our camp much easier, it was an absolute disaster! The fleet optimization (where it was going to make the routes for us) were completely inefficient and routes that no one in their right mind would use. Their program was putting people on wrong streets in wrong towns and even put 2 children on the same street on different buses! When we called to get customer support, we never were given help and when asked for a refund, we were treated terribly and all of our problems were just said I dont know why it did that rather than offer a solution. Do not use this company!!!
