I called them at 7:30 pm, and they ANSWERED the phone! I was not expecting that, and Amanda was a pleasure to work with. They came out the first day our schedule allowed (would have been sooner but...work), and did an amazing job. The gentleman that came out to spray was very nice, and did an extremely thorough job. I have been using this company for a year now and I can say they are the best. We had a bad wasp and spider issue here, the first company we used could not get it taken care of. Called Bug Blasters and after the 2nd treatment had no wasps or spiders around my house. Very professional, and always get back to me in a timely manner. I work for a small family owned Pest Control Company in Olympia, Wa. I have a Grandma who lives in Newman Lake, Wa and she has a neighbor who we refer to as “my grandma’s keeper” being that my grandpa has passed, and this man helps look after her and her property as she still does not want to leave her lifelong home. He called me frantically the other night late wanting immediate help because he had already been trying everything in god’s name that Google had recommended to get rid of a mouse infestation he has been dealing with for a few days. Please people DON’T believe everything you see and hear on Google/Pinterest/DIY just call the professionals and at least get a bid. If anything, you may even find that it ends up being cheaper than all that money you just spent on “Google and Pinterest/DIY fails. I emailed Bug Blasters because after reviewing some things and seeing their personal info on Yelp and their website they sounded like they were and ran things a lot like the company I work for. I felt that my people would be in good hands with them…not too mention they have an amazing name BUG BLASTERS…don’t be deceived they got you if you got rodents and possibly other things too.I sent a message via their website on Monday evening around 9 pm. By 930 am the next morning they had already called and spoken to my grandma neighbor and had set up to get out and help him as soon as they could understanding this was a bad situation. I believe he had caught 14 within 2 days himself if that tells you anything. So obviously Bug Blaster has a very quick response time.They were out that evening and have set up things to attempt to resolve the situation for our friend. He called me and let me know that on a scale of 1 to 10 THEY WERE A 12. He said they went above and beyond! He was happy with the customer service, friendliness, great communication they had, speedy service and of course they were very reasonably priced in his opinion for the amount of work it was going to take to resolve this mouse infestation he currently has.The interaction I had with them from 800 miles away was amazing as well. In my opinion these are some great people doing great work and love what they do!! Highly recommend them and will use them for any family and friends over there as they call in a frantic state because none of their home remedies are working.Thank you Bug Blasters from 800 miles away for taking care of my tribe…I am truly grateful.

Mass bees in our bedroom..nightmares. trauma. Lol I called and Amanda and Aaron were very prompt in their response to my home. I am pregnant and due within the next few weeks, and concerned about chemicals in my.home and having to pack up for a few days, but they used hospital/daycare grade chemicals so my family didnt have to evacuate. They dusted and removed quite a few nests from around the house, and thouroghly sprayed a baseboard perimeter thats protects again st ALL bugs (including amts and spiders) inside my home. They were both very knowledgeable about the habits of the bees, and how the structure of a home can be manipulated by bugs. We discovered that the bees were in my floor and most likely getting into my room via heat ducts. (Like i said..they were thourough!!)After a few days of no bees, I seen 4 or 5 within my room again( they warned we may see a few scargglers), but i panicked and called them again and they didnt hesistate to come and do some additional investigation and apply a second blast of goodies to the flooring to ease my paranoid pregnant mind. :) slept wonderfully last night, and no bees. My husband, kiddos, and I are EXTREMELY pleased and thankful for their service. WILL use again and highly recommend!!
