Joe faced eighty year old hardwood and softwood with a lot of history etched into them. The softwood was abused by paint and carpet, but he brought them back to pristine condition and allowed us to really appreciate the old wood grain patterns simply not seen in today’s flooring products. Highly recommended.

I had Hardwood Hero do a Top Off on my Oak Floors and it turned out great. It was much less expensive than a full refinish and took less time, but overall left my floors looking great! I was surprised by the improvement.

When previous tenants moved from this 100+ year old building with original hardwood floors that had last been done about twenty years prior (by his father) the floors were worn but well-cared for except for a huge gouge exposing raw wood, caused by furniture use of some sort. I was expecting the worst but Joseph told me he could repair the gouge and resurface the floors at a price I believed was too good to be true even with the repair likely to be visible. I was Astounded! by his expert repair of the gouge (so good I pointed out the repaired area to a stranger and asked her to find it and she could not), and the Fantastic job he did on the rest of the floors. Needless to say very pleased, and Highly Recommended.
