The staff who works the phones, needs to become more professional. The classes and certifications are first-rate, but I have doubts about their office support staff.

Great place and location. Took a class there and the instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. Id use them again for any of my backflow certification needs.

Their classes are good, they seem to have issues with completing their repairs on time. We have been waiting for over two weeks from the date they promised to complete repairs on our test unit.
