I have lived here for many years and always found the landlord, Kevin, to be extremely polite, responsive and friendly. Generally it is a very friendly group of neighbors, has an awesome community garden, proximity to downtown Portland including public transport access is awesome and rental rates are very reasonable given current Portland prices. Kevin has taken steps to protect the property and residents property, including putting up security fences and additional lighting. I appreciate these efforts and always felt very safe while living there (I just recently moved). I would absolutely recommend these apartments!

As a long term resident of Rasmussen Village Apartments (10+ years) I felt it appropriate to review and reflect upon my experiences living here. There is another apartment complex adjacent to our which has approximately 200 apartments with several hundred residents. Those residents use a bus stop that is on the other side of Rasmussen Village and have historically crossed our property to access that bus stop.Unfortunately, this led to a high level of foot traffic inside of our complex whom did not live here. This additional foot traffic resulted in a much noisier environment due to a constant flow of people in our parking lot in addition to reducing the feeling of security.Management decided to define our property line with a fence which has resulted in residents from the other apartments being forced to find an alternate route to the bus stop. This extra walking has made those residents bitter and generated numerous negative reviews posted here on Google. These individuals do not live at Rasmussen Village and their opinions are based on being inconvenienced and not due to experiences actually living here.Rasmussen Village Management treats all residents with respect, maintains the property as a whole (both inside individual apartments, exterior of buildings, and the property as a whole) as well as taking care of the individual renters. I have never had a problem with management not addressing my concerns completely and with a smile.Rasmussen Village Apartments have a unique location that provides the experience of living close to downtown with easy access to public transportation; that combined with the property space to have a garden or be outside while enjoying a sense of privacy not available with other apartments

After viewing numerous apartmentment complexes this one by far exceeded all others. I love living here and numerous others have lived in the buildings for a while. There are hardwood floors, gas heaters, tile kitchens and the property is well maintained. Plus very large apartments. Management is very responsive and available at all times to address any problems. Management knows you by name and you are treated with kindness. They go above and beyond to maintain the property. It’s very close to downtown, numerous bus stops and there is a view of Mt.Hood.

Beautiful 1920s Art Deco apartments with spectacular views of Mount Hood and the Willamette; close to downtown but out of the chaos; Marquam nature trails just across the street. Kevin is a straightforward, friendly and responsive landlord. If you are lucky enough to live here, do it!

I have lived here for 12 yrs and it has been a great place to live. The manager is very responsive and respectful, and has secured the property to be quiet and less problems from the greenbrier which took advantage of our place and always caused problems. He should receive a 10 star rating. If you enjoy a great view and a great place to live come check it out.

Do not move here. The prices are much too high for what you get. There is constant construction going on. The road is loud. There are always ants. The laundry machines are more expensive than ones at other places. The owner is a rude, paranoid, entitled old man who is Making America Great Again, starting with his rental property. He built a fence trimmed with caution tape to keep anyone from accessing the bus lines near the entrance to his property, which just so happens to be a fire lane. What a loon.

Perfect Location!I can ride my bike to anywhere downtown in 15 minutes or take any of the 8 busses that stop at the edge of the apartments. As a PSU Student I am able to get to class quickly without having to deal with parking issues or costs. The management here is awesome, doesnt screw around with taking care of problems that might show up in the apartments. The environment is relaxed and quiet and it is nice to be close to downtown and not deal with some of the craziness that comes with living downtown.

Great place to live. Long time resident. Management is very responsive to issues with this apartments. Location is great. The new security measures have helped with theft, parking, and noise from non-residents.

Great place to live... apt next door has many young liberal kids that can’t seem to understand boundariesNever had an issue with management. All the negative comments are from people who don’t live here... because we have a great manager that does not tolerate trespassers..All the photos show the signage and they still trespass ...There is no politics involved as Ash from next door...doesn’t live here...implied . Just spoiled kids that have no concept of private property.....walk around...🧐

I was trying to figure out how to get to GreenBriar Village (there is no through road though its right next to it). I parked my car in an open gravel area (there is TONS of room) for 15 minutes while i located the office and the way around, came back, CAR IS TOWED. Like lightning. This was predatory.
