I came to Drew at the end of my term and he really helped me prepare for my final. We went over review and practice problems and he helped me through them. One of the greatest math tutors in Portland and very flexible with scheduling and times! He is a very good one on one tutor and really prepares students for success in whatever math their in. Drew is an amazing tutor, our son Ali has been struggling with Math ever since elementary school, we had worked with another tutor but not much changed with his challenges. Drew Laiche is an amazing teacher! He worked with my 14 year old son this summer to prep for high school math -- algebra and geometry.Drews style is easy going and he makes the lessons interesting so the concepts stick. He is patient and works with the student to make sure everything is clear before moving on to the next subject. Its the perfect amount of instruction for the child and I wish that we had found him sooner! I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

Mr. Laiche is patient and clear in his explanations of math with our middle school child who will not take math help from parents. We appreciate his familiarity with the PPS math curriculum. He is able to answer questions from during the week when topics are not covered clearly in our childs classroom instruction and helps to work ahead when possible.

Drew worked with my 13 year old daughter throughout the summer. This greatly improved her confidence and her aptitude. Mr. Laiche is an incredible math tutor. Hes not only helped our son with pre-calculus, but now our daughter with geometry. Mr. Laiche is one of the best math teachers of all of my four boys collective school years. We had the privilege of having him work with my two youngest sons when they were struggling quite a bit, and in short order he had them not only grasping previously impossible math concepts, but working steadily and engaged throughout the sessions, and then exclaiming how much it helped after they were over! (What kid says that?!) We will return to him for regularly scheduled tutoring at the end of summer and look forward to a math-angst-free next school year.
