On 9-1-2020 I called Rose City Towing, I was put in touch with Roland Miller. Roland was a absolute professional, he showed up on time was friendly. My 2003 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic is a immaculate bike in every way ( and still is ). Roland brought a bike dolly and together we put the heaviest custom bike he had hauled to date on his truck. I was impressed with how he asked for my input with every move and strap, resulting in my bike being delivered in the same condition as it was picked up.I will be recommending Rose City to anyone who need a tow or other service they provide. These guys just saved me! My teenager is learning to drive and went forward over a parking block into a ditch. We had one wheel in the air. The driver who came out built a ramp and pulled us out without scraping the bottom of the car over the parking block. The car does not have a scratch on it. And, the price was totally reasonable! I could not be happier.

Rose City Towing came to help me in less than 10 minutes from when I called. When he got there, he said he may just be able to help me out of the mess and not even charge me. He spent probably 20-30 minutes helping me get out, and I didn’t even have to pay. What a sweetheart!!! He even let me hug him to say “thank you,” and he wished our family a Merry Christmas. He helped us out of a bind and save money. I’ve never run in to a towing company that did that. I was shocked and wanted by the gesture. It definitely reassured me that there are still kind people out there. Thank you for Rose City Towing! He knew exactly how to get me out of my situation. I will be calling them any time I need help.

Be warned. I had a deal worked out with this company. They raised the priced on me. I called them and told them that we had a deal. He stated that was on cars only. I disagreed as the last 4 vehicles they towed for us 3 of them were 4x4 trucks. All of those at the same price we agreed on. Anyways the dude said I dont even need to go get the Fn truck we had sent them for all because he disagreed . He left that guy on the side of the road. They also use different companies to pick up your vehicles. Too bad really I like to support local business. This guy went off the handle all because he went back on his word.

Driver arrived 2 hours later than the quoted 30-45 minutes, $125 to initialize a flat bed for RWD car then $5/mile. Rose City towing and Recovery connects you with preferred towing services. Sounds like theres no way they can guarantee what kind of service youre going to receive by contracting out all their business. Driver from A J & Gresham towing was nice, car made it from A to B.

If youre looking for a tow in Portland then call these guys!I broke down off of 82nd Ave. After calling 6 other tow companies who gave me $95 for hook up and $7 a mile, I called Rose City. They were busy so I got a voicemail and hung up without leaving a message. But they called back within a minute and asked how they could help. I was given a $75 hook up fee and $5 for a mile, which was much cheaper than the other guys. They showed up withing 30 minutes like they said they would, and me and the driver chatted the whole way to my garage. (Cant remember his name, but he was great)Overall if I had to recommend a tow company to someone down on their luck, these are the guys. 5 stars.

My car was broken down on a steep driveway and Joseph figured out how to get my car towed when other towing companies couldnt. Great communication and customer services throughout the whole ordeal. If ever stranded again, Rose City Towing without a doubt will be my first phone call.

My car has black rims & low ground clearance, and there wasnt a scratch on the rims or car after it was towed. The driver also texted me a few pics while it was being loaded, and followed up once it was dropped off. Very professional & courteous, highly recommend!

I was in so much trouble. The owner of this company just cut us off on 217 and flipped us off! and when I called him to complain about the driving he called it merging. Yes, he was merging, yes there was more lane in front of him and YES, WE WERE RIGHT NEXT TO HIM!. Nearly caused a major accident as we had to move left into the other lane. That poor driver on the far left lane probably got scared half to death.And he was towing a car also!

Holy moly he was there in 30 minutes, 5 minute hook up and we were on our way. He was friendly and it was a bit cheaper than other private towing experiences Ive had, but with an improvement in service in comparison to other private towschill guy, we went a detour for some road closure that was in the neighborhood but I was only charged for the shortest distance to my destination from a Google maps trip plan5/5 would recommend to anyone that needs towing in the Portland area

Best tow experience ever, hands down. Joseph showed up on time (couple minutes early even), was totally cool and professional, and he actually rounded a 7.7 mile tow down to 7 miles so it cost less than expected.The coolest part was that after he was done with the tow, Joseph saw us walking down the road towards the bus stop, and he pulled over and asked us if we needed a ride back to downtown! It was so unexpected and kind of him to do, and it made the whole experience so much easier. Tried to give him some extra money for gas and he wouldnt take it. Such a class act, it was so awesome.I will never use another tow company; these guys are the BEST!

They were very nice and patient with me on the phone. Quick and easy delivery (within an hour of my request). Had them pick up my SUV on the free way and take it to the Acura dealership while i was at work and they texted me with a picture of my car at the requested destination for assurance, which i really appreciated! NEVER use this tow company. PRICES ARE ABSURD! When trying to get an explanation of the costs, a vague description was given. JOE M did not want to answer any more of my questions so he hung up on me. I called back. JOE M had my number directly go to voice mail. I called back on a different phone. My call was answered right away and I was told they dont know anyone named JOE. The second phone I called from was then put directly to voice mail when I called back.
