I enjoy it and they have lots too do. The staff are nice and responsible and respectful. If anyone is in need of work come too redcap please.

They have oNo respect for employees and dont consider the fact that when a person is moving into a new place that they wish they could ignore calls when busy moving by yourself. When asked for paperwork they refuse to give it even if its your own information they have to fax your personal Information to other places

They got me the next best thing to a dream job and pay me every day. They will pick me up to go to work sometimes and then they will also call you an uber or Lyft to get you back to the office to pick up your check and take it out of your check if you cant get a ride yourself. By my definition thats called service.

I work two hours because of not redcap the other company breaking OSHA rules and then they give me a $15 cab Uber instead when the guy at red staff was there So they gave me a four dollar check! Unreal there all about making money they don’t care about the employees!!! Strongly wouldn’t recommend! And I hope people can feel my intensity of emotions and feelings on this with you because I’m sending it out God bless everybody be safe stay away from this company

I have been employed with Redcap for about 6 months now. I would highly recommend this company as i have always been treated really good. They have a good amount of jobs and they are quality. They also pay better than most staffing agencies and there are never any issues getting paid.

Always the best!!

If you love waiting in small, over crowded, dirty offices filled with questionable people, then by all means, choose redcap staffing! Where unprofessionalism meets inadequacy.

Dont expect straight talk. If you are into phone tag and having your time wasted, this is the place. After 40 yrs in construction, 30 plus since I received my Massachusetts Builders license, I apparently wasnt qualified for a laborer position . TOTAL JOKE! The real issue is not really knowing because they dont return calls, just keep telling you the person you spoke to isnt in, call back! If you tell someone you are going to call them, it is up to YOU to call.

Rude and disrespectful. Nuff said.
