My service has had only minor hiccups, which is awesome. Definitely a good company in that respect, and I’m happy with the pricing as well. This particular store (Sandy & 101st) is where I have my only issues with boost. Twice now, I’ve been signed up for the supposedly optional phone insurance without my permission. The first was when we switched over to boost from metro, and the rep explained the insurance to us. I explained to him very clearly I didn’t want it, and he said okay, only for us to find out on our first bill that we were charged an extra 14$ for it anyway. The situation was easily resolved though Boost’s customer service line. However we recently went back to pick up a new phone, and this time we were once again signed up for the insurance, despite not even being asked this time. It’s easy enough to call and cancel. But it feels straight up predatory if you ask me. I work for a company where you ALWAYS get permission from your customer before starting a service that costs them more money. And it seems that Boost, or at least this particular store, doesn’t hold themselves to the same standard.

Dealt with unhelpful customer service on phone for 2 hours, one hour with apple and another hour with different reps on phone. I couldnt move forward without physically having another phone for them to diagnose why my iphone wasnt working. Went in and explained to a young guy about whats going on. He was able to call customer service himself and spend the hour going through with them on diagnosing my phone and getting my phone working again. He never dealt with a situation like that but spent time helping me and other customers when he was the only worker on the floor. Very helpful young guy, didnt get his name but he was calm and helpful.

Just have to say the team here really knows what they are doing. They go above and beyond to help me everytime I need help. I have never had a wireless store treat me like they do. Compared to the other carriers out there, they are amazing. Adrian is always amazing and greets me with a smile every time I walk through the door. 100 % satisfied!

I recommend this store to everyone. Adrian always helps me with all my phone needs and issues. The service is amazing too. $50 for unlimited data.. nobody else beats that!

The people here were very polite and professional. They even took the time to transfer all my data from my old phone, to my new phone so Id have less to re-download. With them being so close to my home, I will definitely be back when it is time to upgrade my phone next time.

Today I went into boost mobile very upset about my plan. But as soon as I talked to one of there employees my day went from night to day. A very nice guy named Zach helped me out so much and got what I needed. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt be this happy with my plan. Grate service

I have been meaning to write and say how much Zach has helped me since I got my service a few months ago! I had some glitches with my work application on my phone and he helped me sort that out and a space/photo saving issue. Also recently when it became clear the phone I had could not handle my work load I was putting on it, I was ready to upgrade! I thought I wanted one phone and then Zach pointed me in the right direction for a phone lower priced and better suiting my needs anyway! YeS! I am so glad we chose Boost when we decided to leave our other price gouging service provider....THANKS ZACH!!!

RIP OFF WARNING their 5 star reviews are FAKE! They are all their 1st review...decided to switch from metro to boost with a promo free lg stylo 4 big mistake. We spent $144.00 for 2 lines unlimited and 2 lg stylo 4 phones. When we got home (i live 2 blocks from the Sandy Blvd store) we instantly knew it wasnt going to work no service with boost when i had service with metro. I have wifi and then i noticed the lg stylo 4 was not performing anywhere near the speed of my out dated z max. The stylo 4 had great processor and ram specs well guess what? BOOST USES CHOPPED DOWN SLOWER VERSIONS!!! The phone failed every bench marker test for processor speed and ram. This is FRAUD to not inform the customer. We decided to return and and get a refund as my receipt clearly states i have 7DAYS to get a refund. When we walked in the young hispanic sales rep named Elisio saw the boost bag and yelled angerly accross the room What can I do for you guys!? I said i wanted a refund because i dont have service where i live. He said THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AT THIS STORE?! I said what? He said YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO CHANGE YOUR MIND ONCE YOU HAVE PORTED YOUR # OVER I said where does it say this in writing in your store he said IT DOSENT HAVE TO i couldnt belive the instantant hard angry attitude the employee Elisio took with us like a hardened 2 faced scamer GTH Elisio! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
