1040 Express Tax Service has been my go to preparer for a number of years now, and with good reason. Not only is Lisa efficient and proficient, but also very reliable. She takes care of everything, which makes it effortless for me. She has always been available during the year if I might have a question. I have recommended 1040 ETS to several folks, and each person that took me up on my recommendation was appreciative of such a productive referral and each has continued their patronage. If youre looking for a local tax preparer I highly recommend Lisa and her team.

Ive been using this company for several years for my personal taxes. Leota, the tax consultant was and is amazing. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and has the heart of a teacher. The front desk people on the other hand are anything but. They are unprofessional, harsh, and extremely poor in their customer service. I feel bad for Leota because shes amazing, but the last 2 years have been quite terrible with regards to customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone simply for the customer service portion.

On July 10, 2020, I happen to notice this place while getting coffee from McDonalds, so I decided to try the service. There was no one in the office due to the Covid 19, but there was a note on the door instructing visitors to leave their tax info in a sealed envelope and drop it in the mail slot. The office would be opened on 7/14/2020 for individuals to come in and pay for the service and pick up their paperwork. Since I had never used this tax service before, I took a picture of all the documentation for my records, I also took a picture of the instructions that was left on the door for reference. A couple of days later I was reading over the instructions and realized that I had missed a sentence that stated We cannot provide this service to anyone who is new to us, so I immediately called and left a message that I had dropped my paperwork off before I read the entire note. On July 14, 2020, I went to the office to pick up my paperwork, when I got home, I noticed that a portion of my W2s were missing, so I called the office to see if they had actually filed my taxes. No one answered so I left a message. A couple of hours later, I received a call from Lisa, she was VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She stated that she had given me back ALL of my paperwork, she started barking about how she didnt ask for any new business, and that she didnt know me and I didnt know her and that she was VERY busy and didnt have time for this conversation and she hung up on me. So in my opinion, Lisa Wiese is a rude and bitter individual and shes a thief. If my identity is ever compromised, I will look here first!!!

Guy is awesome! He breaks everything down for you and is friendly and very professional.

I been going here for 5 years . I really like their CPAs they make sure to get answer all your questions and help get your taxes filed in timely manners. I recommend this place to everyone.

My grandfather used lisa for many years and when I was old enough to work and pay my own taxes I started using guy have been with 1040 Express myself for 18years every year I have had great service its always professional and everyone is alway polite from making appointment to filing. I will only do my taxes with 1040 Express

The reception Lady was extremely professional and very welcoming and Lisa was very helpful and gave me honest advice. I will be back next year for sure and would recommend to anyone else who is looking for a great experience as well.
