Update:I discovered after I posted my review that they had not chemically treated the pool!!!! Nor had they turned the pump back on. The pool water was so acidic it was cyanuric. I had to hire another company to partially drain it twice since it cannot be done all at once and turn the pump on. Not only did this delay our pool opening by a couple of weeks but it could have also caused serious damage to my new pool robot that I had in the pool. I am so disappointed in this company. I felt like I went above and beyond to give them the benefit of the doubt at the beginning and they demonstrated they were indeed not reliable. Done with this company.-----------------Took a few calls to get communication established, but once we did they were great to work with. Jordan did a fantastic job in orientation on owning a pool and Michael and Blake took care of my pool opening and left it sparkly!

Such fantastic customer service at the Sellwood location. As a new pool owner, I now feel confident about managing my pool chemistry. Will, one of the employees, always goes beyond when it comes to helping customers. The Pool & Spa House is now our pool home!

Just bought my first hot tub and went in to get all set up. Gabe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got me all set up and has been very responsive to follow up questions. I love that they test your water for free, as much as you want! Very happy with these guys and will be going back for all my future spa needs!

Im consistently getting bad advice from these guys. Ive followed their instructions and ended up with bad results that I have to fix. Im adding chemicals as advised and now my Cyanuric acid is way too high. When I called to ask about this I was told that it can go up to 200ppm. thats twice what the world health organization recommends!!!!?? I will be going somewhere else from now on. These guys really dont know what they are talking about.

I went there to buy a bigger motor for my pool, they had one that was the floor model , so they offer it to me with a 5% (for being nice) not because it was a floor model, until that point I was ok with, since I needed one urgent. I had to return because I believe a part was missing, as I explained it the lady with dark hair and tall stop me in mid sentence to correct me that is was not a skimmer and said your skimmer is inside your pool, she did this twice, while the other employee attempted to be nicer and try to understand the situation, I came home look at all the parts and we figure out, but the instruction that the dark hair employee were not correct because the part that they gave didnt fit on the motor, motor comes with a pressure gauge, but it was missing on the model floor which they knew when they sold it to me. So I have to go pick up one from them. So I have very mixed feelings about this place.

Maria and crew rock! Had a super cloudy pool and they were able to hook me up with stuff that cleared it out in time for the 4th. Awesome, fast, and know their biz.

They have everything you need. Prices are more than fair considering the kind of professional service and expertise that you get for free. They are incredibly knowledgable and dony make you feel like an idiot because you have an above ground Intex Pool. They also carry everything year round, so when August comes they still have chemicals and accessories in stock....unlike crappy big box stores.

This is NOT a public Spa or Pool, so dont go there unless you want to buy utilities for spas and pools.
