As a mobile tech and always on the road, portable bathrooms are essential to me. I’ve noticed that willy make it portable bathrooms are up kept really good and are always usually clean compared to some of the other brands like honey bucket. Thank you

It was really nice to actually talk to a person in the office that was local. The delivery driver was friendly and left a very clean and good smelling porta potty will definitely use again and would and will recommend to anyone.

Willymakeit was so easy to work with and arrange our toilet drop off and pick up was super convenient. The price was very reasonable, the toilet was super clean! Five stars!!

Besides being the least expensive, this company has much going for it. The scheduler, Annette, is a sweetheart and was very cheerful, conscientious and cooperative when I had to keep changing the delivery date. The toilet was very clean and promptly serviced by a very congenial driver.

Our neighborhood association, worked with the city on everything from security plan to sound ordinance for a community block party. And in our final meeting, it was requested that we reserve 3 additional portable toilets. The company our other toilets went through was booked. After hearing from other producers, I called Willy Make It for a quote. The man I spoke with asked all the preliminary questions and then when it got to location asked about our security plan. I shared that we had police presence as well at crowd management. He seemed ok with the response and said hed email the quote. Fast forward a few days: I realized I never received the quote so I called back thinking there was an error. The same man asked me to refresh his memory, looked it up, and said hed follow up. Seemed weird because every other place I called provided a quote on the phone. So I called later that afternoon to ask what the turnaround for quotes were. This time I spoke to a personable woman who gave me a quote by phone and took our reservation. She later called back and asked about security plan. I shared that information and she said wed hear from the delivery team on Friday. Then I got a call this morning from the first man asking about security again. This time I confronted the issue asking Is this because were located downtown? After hearing a slew of excuses from his own bad experiences with large brew fest events (ours is family friendly + booze free) and party promoters, he cancels our reservation saying we were a waste of time. This guy is a discriminatory jackass. But then we called Honey Bucket and placed the same reservation at a competitive rate. They even included a Sunday pickup option. But most important, they treated us with dignity and respect.

Outstanding customer service, always on time for unit service, the company went out of their way to make sure we had all of the rental units we needed. Willy Make It is extremely reliable and I highly recommend them! I will use them for all projects going forward!

It’s too bad there isn’t an option for negative stars because this shady company well deserves it. After being contacted by my contractor for their service for an addition I was having done, their portable toilet services were hired. On multiple occasions their drivers serviced the toilet by pulling their truck into the driveway of my residential home which resulted in cracking the asphalt driveway. I placed multiple phone calls to the owner Tom whom always seemed to be out of the office. Never to get a call back. When I finally did speak with him (after a third attempt) he basically laughed at me and went on to explain that his company receives several phone calls with people claiming that his company had damaged their property and he’d stop by if and when he had the time to do so. Needless to say I gave him my .2 cents and he hung up on me. Congratulations Tom on winning the first place award for, “I’m a giant douche.” Steer clear of this company.
