The fact this review is nearly two months late tells you that I would have never found an apartment in Portland without Kim and Melissa. Moving with a dog, to a new state, with an ongoing pandemic -yikes! Moving across country is amazingly stressful and Trying to rent a home when there is no way for you to look at it is A feeling which ranks up there with the root canal.That is what my wife and I were facing as we started planning our move from Iowa to Portland. Imagine our shock when we got into the competitive Portland market where it is not unheard of to have a rental go on the market with an available date of two weeks later.They walked us through the process, step-by-step. They had us proactively gather all the documents we would need for a prospective landlord and put them into a shared location where they could easily send it to the landlord. Knowing we had three dogs and that would be a concern for some landlords, they also had us create bios for each of the dogs to present the landlords. That was huge! Communicating with the possible landlord and walking through any concerns they had about the property. When we finally decided to take a tour of a rental, they did a FaceTime walk-through and afterwords even took videos of the property to send us.These guys were amazing!
