I will 1000% recommend Harlow for your property management needs. This is my first experience renting out property with a property management company, and I will say that Harlow is knowledgeable with regards to Oregon tenant rules, responsive in communication, detail oriented, thorough in vetting the tenant, effective on finding the right tenant, patient with questions/concerns, and genuinely cares. I had spoken with several property managers and what stood out to me about Harlow and her company were not only her competitive rates, but also her patience to answer ALL questions and responsiveness in communication. After we signed our contract, she found several applicants looking to rent my condo, but she looked for the right long term fit. As the tenant has moved in for a couple of months now, it has been a smooth process and Harlow took care of all the details, everything! Harlow has made renting out my property a smooth process with minimal effort on my end. It is great to have a reliable property manager that you can trust. To give a couple of examples, 1) Harlow proactively engages with the HOA to smoothly support the move-in process for the tenant, and 2) if there is an issue or required maintenance, she immediately reaches out, and it is a discussion on how to solve the issue. She is very fair, cuts to the main points, and is a thought partner. Ultimately, she is very proactive, responsive, and communicative. She listens to you, will make suggestions, and comes up with mutually beneficial solutions. She makes you feel like your property is taken care of and she places a high priority to support your needs. Since I live across the country, Harlow has made this transition very easy and worry free. Property is very important, and having a property manager that cares is so important. Again, I HIGHLY recommend working with Harlow because she is a partner. Choose Harlow and her property management company, she is awesome!

I admit to having limited experience with property management companies, but I will tell you these 3 key things in regard to Harlow of Projection Realty:- It was made easy for me. (Maybe an hour of total effort in 5 years after signing the contract).- The online portal is easy to use, and great at tax time.- Harlow responded to my e-mails in an average of 15 minutes over these 5 years.

Harlow is phenomenal. We used her as a property manager and a realtor and she is simply amazing. She is always responsive and attentive any time something came up with the renters of our home and when we were ready to sell she had our house sold within the day it was posted! I cannot imagine having gone through the process with anyone else, any time I was worried or concerned about something with the sale I would call Harlow and she would magically make it better. She is truly a magician. If you need a property manager or realtor use her, she is worth every penny and then some. Thank you Harlow for being so fantastic!!

Harlow was very attentive to the needs of my family and was sure to accommodate my every need while house hunting. She managed to get us into a brand new house. Bigger than we could have ever dreamed.
