Wow. This is one of the WORST experiences I have had with a process server. First, in my request, I was only able to upload one of two uploads for the service I required. I documented in the request that I needed to email them the second part. I followed that up with a call and message with the office describing the issue. However, without calling me back, reading the comments on the request or even receiving payment, they went ahead and served HALF OF THE DOCUMENT! I emailed them, and they say they will need to charge me again. After expressing my unhappiness, they say they will complete the service for no additional charge. Last, I receive documentation that the serve was completed on the first day versus the second day or over two days. A call from the other sides attorney verifies they served THE WRONG DOCUMENTS!! Now, they will not return my emails or calls. If you value your work, you will go somewhere else. I will likely be pursuing litigation against this corrupt organization as process servers are officers of the court. What a disappointment!

This was my first time needing a service like this. The guys patiently answered all my questions and provided excellent service and follow-up. (I researched one of their competitors before proceeding and it wasnt even close). Proserve is awesome!
