Capitol Investigation was retained by our company to serve a former client with a summons. This former client is still in business and Capitol Investigations were given addresses and phone numbers and many opportunities to serve the client and did not. My contact, Dan Spalding, did not return phone calls or emails on a timely basis and gave no reason for not serving the summons. I would not recommend doing business with Capitol Investigation.
