The only reason why I come here is because the company that employs me utilizes their services for annual tb skin tests. I would likely never use their services otherwise. Its not so much the staff or the cleanliness, theres just something about this company and location in which they are located in that irks me. First off, their hours of operation are completely different from what is posted on Google AND their own company site. You must also copy and paste the address that is listed into the google search in order to find their true location (its actually in Beaverton rather than in Downtown Portland). There are no dedicated bicycle parking there either. The staff is nice, however but obviously lacking in leadership and administrative competency.

Friendly, quick, cost effective. Results coming back can vary in time, but that is often the labs (who they send it to) fault. It is often an entity in Seattle.

Went here for IgE allergy testing that my insurance wouldnt recommend and pay for so I went the private route. Quick service and I got my results back within a week. No amount of elimination diets would ever have hit the bullseye of identifying my allergies. A couple hundred dollars saved me potentially years of guessing while my arthritis and asthma continued to worsen.

Used for my company, very helpful, super friendly, and received results promptly! The lady that I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient with me while I set up my new account.

The staff here is wonderful and very helpful! They are very knowledgeable about the products they offer and make blood draws quick and easy!

Was quick and easy BUT I went in to get a testosterone level test and was told the Vancouver location has a doctor there that can provide help if levels come back low, which they did. The Vancouver location never answers the phone and does not have a answer machine. Finally someone answered... He said oh I dont know the doctors schedule so I cant really do anything, but Ill take your name and number.... Still no call back. Good place to get labs done but thats about it.

The worst place to have your new employment test done. I arrived 10 before 5pm and asked if they were still opened and the lady at the front desk asked me 3 times to repeat what I was saying (she had Russian or Ukrainian accent, couldnt really tell)at some point I just told her that I didnt know what else to say because I was running out of ways to ask if somebody was going to help me. When she finally got it she said that there was no more service for the day and that I had to leave right away almost like kicking me out. She was so rude!

My visit here for a Vitamin B12 shot was pleasant, painless, affordable and efficient.

Online said they were open. Called and the machine said they were open but not taking calls. Showed up and they were closed.

Had a good experience there. Lab done correctly and sent out promptly

The service is bad, I had to wait for my blood test result for the 8 days and still did not received...very disappointed.

Dude couldent draw my blood after 4 tries.
