Great industrial-chic aesthetic. Sure, the owners, Beam Development, created a place where, as they put it, people want to work, live and play.Its just that -- well, how do I put it? -- like Kim Jong Un, apparently these demigod architects are people who dont need to poop or pee or park. Its a water closet nightmare on water ave. There is only one toilet per gender per floor -- and the building has clarklewis, a busy restaurant. And theres about one space per office for parking.Hey Beam, come down to earth and build us mere mortals some bathrooms and parking spots!

Eastbank Commerce Center is an amazing place to house our firms office, and BEAM is the best developer and management team in PDX. Ive been a tenant of BEAM properties for over 15 years, and have no need to look elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Nice facility but there is an inadequate amount of places to park for visiting --- makes it tough to do business here
