Portland Chinese Times is distributed for free or home delivered by subscription every Friday, reaching throughout the Oregon and SW Washington through distribution outlets, major business areas, restaurants, Asian supermarkets, community centers, library, school and institutes, community businesses, sidewalk newsstands and subscriptions.
