Bad experience. Homelessness in the area is increasing and is now out of the building’s control. Tents outside. Homeless scary men outside the building door frequently with no signs of letting up. Human feces found in the stairwell. Management in-house is lacking any organizing and authority. You’ve been warned about Centrl Eastside. Renter beware.

I recently got a dedicated office due to Covid -- and working from home gets old!The facility is doctors-office-clean, always and there is sanitizer, wipes, gloves, etc everywhere.I feel very safe working here and am considerably more productive.Highly recommend as a step back to normal.

This is the best co-working experience Ive ever had & Ive worked at many (including WeWork). Ive had my office at CENTRL for a few years. The staff are absolutely incredible. They are always doing whatever they can to solve your problems or make life easier for your team. The spaces are beautiful & the building centrally located. The amenities are not matched by WeWork or anywhere else that Ive found. Simply fantastic co-working space.

The warm welcome from the crew at CENTRL Office Eastside brightens the grayest of PDX days. The space is great for large meetings and offers cozy nooks for coffee conversations. Love the huge windows, modern space and tasty teas!

Could not say enough positive things about this space. After working for a competitor of theirs in the past, I am very familiar with the industry and I can truly say that CENTRL is top notch.There are a few things that set them apart.1. First and foremost, the staff. The staff here, Madison, Dillon and Caleb all exemplify customer service. The focus they put on the members and the culture of the atmosphere is truly special. They are always attentive with issues, and creative with cultivating community.2. The design. The design is stunning. This is unquestionably a space you would be proud to call your office. Not only is it an office space that would make you proud to display to friends and family, more importantly, it gives you instant credibility as a business to perspective clients and employees.3. The perks. The list is long. A multitude of coffee options, wellness weeks, cookie Wednesday, kombucha on tap, beer on tap... I mean the list goes on. Needless to say, youll be more than spoiled to have your office space here.4. The community. Everyone is incredibly nice, and the potential for networking is immense.I could continue but I will leave it here. Needless to say, CENTRL office is a place I would recommend any business to.

Centrl Office has created a beautiful and inviting space to work. Caleb, Dillin, and Meredith were all extremely professional and holding interviews was easy, as their team assisted in initially receiving the candidates.If we need office space in the future, we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Working at CENTRL has been my first experience working in a co-working space long term, but I have also worked in WeWork spaces in the past. Im happy to say, hands down, that CENTRL has a leg up on the competition.The staff are super friendly and responsive to the needs of their tenants. The facilities are kept clean and well designed to match the aesthetics and branding of CENTRL. And lastly - its awesome having a great central location on the Eastside.Furthermore the sense of community is real and palpable. There are weekly delights like Cookie Wednesday (a fan of humans and Sesame Street Residents alike), and there are ad hoc events like tea soirees, cocktail hours, and holiday celebrations that really make this place feel like a collection of people, rather than a storage unit of automatons.Would highly recommend!

Ive checked out a number of co-working spaces in Portland, and CENTRL Eastside is definitely my favorite! Theres such a good creative energy and sense of community in the space, facilitated by the amazing staff.

I attended the Portland Women -in - Tech there and it was super cool. The interior was nice and the host was super courteous👌
