Straight rude and unprofessional who is guess what a SUPERVISOR . Cursing and throwing attitude. Came here to return old equipment from my call center job and literally worse experience I have ever went Through, who ever worked on 8-16-21 needs to be D ranked or fired. Definitely going to a different ups now on.

When you see reviews about non friendly they are being truthful like wow I never entered a ups store/place with such rude staff and a worse supervisor

Came here to get some legal forms notarized. They unfortunately were not able to help with the specific ones we needed, and were apologetic about that fact. We were not charged for printing the 30 or so pages of the forms in the store.

One of the best UPS store I have ever been in. Very helpful and friendly staff. If I needed to send something important, I always go to them.

3rd time not a charm. In the past two months we have had 3 Amazon returns. Worst return experience in our lives. Rude. Arrogant. Hostile. Didnt follow what Amazon said regarding returning items. Not to mention the lack of masks and basic sanitary guidelines. No need to go on.

Not a friendly location. Seems like they didnt get paid well and all their frustrations thrown on the customers.

Dropped off two packages, both returns. There was $1100 worth of cell phones, both were never sent. There were three men working in the store. The owner and one of the other men were not wearing a mask, one gentleman was. He seemed to be the only one who had any sense of what customer service is all about. Both men not wearing masks were clueless on what customer service is...

This is for a UPS pickup that was scheduled and the person who came was so rude right from when I opened the door and when I showed him the mattress he was supposed to take, he said he can’t take it and dropped the shipping label on the front door and left. Very disappointed. Never had such an experience with FedEx.

The owner of this store goes way, way beyond anyone’s expectations to help his customers to be pleased and satisfied. He fought for months for a refund for me for a computer that got damaged in shipping. He wrote numerous letters and made multiple phone calls. He is always cheerful even through this pandemic. He should be a model for every person dealing with the public. Thank you!

I needed pack and ship service for an infant carseat. The guy here quoted me over $300 for JUST the shipping and wasnt nice about it, either.I decided to visit the Tanasboune location afterwards, where they cheerfully boxed it up for me for $114, including shipping, insurance, a box, and packing service.No explanation could be given by this location as to why they wanted to charge me more than three times as much as the Tanasboune UPS Store.

Like this place. They are always very helpful. I work near by and always see them holding the door for customers and helping people carry things. Great guys! Good service!

Great customer service! I arrived a couple of minutes after closing time but one of the employees opened the door for me anyways, and she was extremely helpful and willing to explain the shipping process to me (it was my first time shipping a package). Would definitely ship here again!

The owner, Peyman is very courteous and helpful but the younger male helper was rude and seemed to go out of his way to talk over me and make jokes to a male customer in line behind me instead of paying attention to waiting on me. When I needed help, he was dismissive. I will only go in there if Peyman is working now.

I mailed an important birthday card from here. It took almost 2 months to get to NY. I stopped by and asked about it. When my sons brother got his card, it had a recently stamped delivery date. I only buy stamps from them. These people never smile.. not a very pleasant place of business.

Its most customer-friendly location. I would give more than 5 stars for the excellent customer service. I had to go this location for my Indian passports, OCI cards etc for at least 15 times. Everytime, they were so good. I love them.

Last time the Rep was rude and uncooperative for the amazon return. Another time, Google showed open on Saturday’s till 5 PM. I still went ahead and checked UPS website and this particular local store homepage confirmed that they are open till 5 pm on Saturdays. Guess what they were closed and no notice on door, yeah not even manual paper notice on entrance. Avoid this store.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I had a knee surgery and was bringing in boxes one by one. They rushed out to the car and lifted the boxes for me and tapes them up. Great service!

For the love of god people, buy your labels online and take as much time as you need there. Dont make a line trying to decide with what shipping to go with. I went there dropped a 50 kg ladder and just left.

I use often UPS stores for my business. Today I used this store for the first time and I was very disappointed. The owner or clerk was very impolite. First he asked me to tape a return/drop off box and stick the label on. Fine, no other stores ever asked me for it but I had no issue and took care of it. Then when I asked for a receipt he refused and told me (very impolitely) that he has never issued one in 5 years and I could write down the tracking number if I really wanted. Of course, I went to another UPS store and got a receipt without any issue. No reason to say, he lost my business.

We have used this UPS store for several years to send important dental lab work as well as expensive dental instruments in for repair. They always do a great job at packing the items carefully and we have never had a problem getting the items shipped safely.

The staff here is pretty nice and helpful, and is usually more than happy to provide information for inquiries. Of course, like most retail print shops, prices are a bit high, but I guess you pay for the service.

Worst customer service ever. The cashier was on the phone the entire time and didnt bother discussing options for mail delivery. Do not recommend- go somewhere else. Im never coming back.

I have used this place before and today I called about my package not being received. They were absolutely useless and rude. They didnt refund what I paid for the shipping and I still dont know where my package is. I wont ever use this place again.
