Should have written this review sooner...look no further if you need your leather furniture repaired...we have this leather sofa and love seat for 26 years... the cushions are all removable but are zippered to the frame...the zippers were not heavy duty and overtime became stripped and the cushions would flop all around and it wasn’t comfortable...it was pure luck that I called Leather Pros and found out they have always done repairs for the Leather Furniture Company (no longer around...a side note there frames are very high quality!)where we bought the set...well about 2 years ago they came to pick up the set they replaced all zippers with heavy duty industrial type and refinished the leather (we have had dogs and they had scratched the leather) to its normal luster!!!...when we got it back, it looked brand new...and because the frame is solid, I believe this set will outlasts generations!!! When I buy something of value I make sure I really like it and it definitely pays off in the long run...love my sofa and love seat!!!...thank you Leather Pros

We just got our beloved Italsofa leather recliner back from Leather Pros and are blown away by the superb craftsmanship . They gave us an initial bid of $580.00 to recover the seat cushion, and when Jeff came out to match the leather, he said they would need to replace both interior sides and the back. All for $825.00.I could not ever replace this chair for twice that , and it looks better than new. I find it hard to believe that there are still companies out there that are this good and honest . Thanks Jeff.David and Gail Greer

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Leather Pros. We own a custom furniture store (Perch Furniture) and build a lot of leather furniture for our clients. Occasionally, we have leather furniture damaged during shipping and we always call on Leather Pros to help resolve the situation. They are quick to respond to our repair requests and are very courteous and prompt when communicating with our clients and us. But most importantly, they are leather repair wizards! They have fixed stains and tears so perfectly that you would never know they were there. We, and our customers, are always so happy with the results.

I was considering replacing my 12 year old DWR full leather sofa but had Leather Pros come and refinish the leather, restuff the sagging pillow cushions, and could not be happier. Great estimates prior to proceeding and no extras. Worked 3 hours in my home and left it spotless. Highly recommended.

Weve used Leather Pros for several months now to repair our restaurant booths. They cam highly recommended by an interior design friend who referred me to them after the company who did them initially didnt want the job because it wasnt worth their time (always disheartening when a company lets you down like that). Leather Pros, however, has never let us down! They are kind, efficient, do a FANTASTIC job, and work around our very difficult installation circumstances (they people who built the booths did not think ahead to what would be necessary when it came time to repair--they literally have to be removed from the wall, turned upside down, and then you have to uninstall the cushions in order to repair). Leather Pros does this in a manner that is the least disruptive to our business. I dont know many companies who would work within our difficult parameters, but they do it willingly, cheerfully, and they always do an outstanding job. Thank you, Leather Pros!!!

Leathers Pros Inc. is a cost prohibitive service. With aggressive marketing campaign, it does come up as #1 search result on Google for leather furniture repair shops in Portland, OR. I originally purchased a set of two couches (seating 2 and 3) for $1,200. With time the cushions on one of the couches wore out: two of them needed repair/replacement. Having read Google reviews, I reached out to Leather Pros Inc. asking to repair the cushions on a single couch. I was quoted $1,500 with mandatory 50% deposit to begin the job. Reality check: as it stands today, I could probably only get $50-$100 for each couch on Craigs List. Receiving the $1,500 quote was an insult to my intelligence. Additionally, having zero knowledge of their work quality, why would I want to pay 50% of the repair cost upfront? Let me speculate here: because this is how much the job should cost (or even less), and this is all the money the company expects (and should) collect at the end? Bottom line: I do not recommend Leather Pros Inc services, and find the cost model prohibitive and insulting to Portland market.
