Its a very open and very clean space. Lots of machines. And the attendant is professional, helpful and courteous.However, have some frustrations Ill share that might help the next person:*with other laundry apps they will give you $5 free for downloading the app, the app they have does not. There is a $5 free when you buy a $20 card so I did that, not knowing that not all the machines use the card.*so I had clothes and soap in a machine before realizing it didnt take the card.*the price displayed on the washer is only for the light load, price goes up if you choose regular or large. I have never been to a laundromat that increases the price with loaf size.*the smaller machines I would normally use dont take the card.*the dryer only lets you dry for 4 minutes at a time....*unless you know a trick, the ladies were very helpful every time I needed help. Trick lets you add more time before buying. Yet still complicated and I ended up with 48 minutes instead of 24. So frustrating to have wasted money and soap today.Again, the attendants are great. The place is very clean and the machines work. But Ive never had to stop and ask for help so much. If I had known it would have been so complicated I would have waited and done laundry at the one near my place.

The worker tonight is very rude and incompetent... 3 of the 4 machines I tried to use card reader for their prepaid washes would not work. Thr worker restarted the machines and then told me I had to move to another machine after my laundry soap was already in the machine and told me it wasnt her fault that it wasnt working and it wasnt her problem I was going to be losing out on the soap I had already dispensed. I went out to my car to get my debit card to get money to wash my clothes and she said she would not help me because of my attitude. When I told her it was her attitude that was causing the problem she told me I had to leave even though I still had one of my 4 washers going. She told me I was not welcome back and if I didnt leave right then and there she was calling the police. I am still here at this moment writing this waiting on my washer to be done. She just told me again that I needed to leave and leave my clothes behind and that they are now owned by the establishment. Im sorry but no they do not!!! This woman, I guess you could call her that, needs to have her attitude adjusted towards the customers. The customers ultimately pay her pay checks. Now Im not saying she should kiss their tails but she does need better customer service. Because of her I will not step foot in this facility until something is done with her. If she is this way towards someone who does not mind letting management know or writing bad reviews and has made it where they will not come back because of her, what has she done to the ones that wont complain and just walk away and never to return? Because of her they are losing out on business. Trust me I wont stop here, I will go to corporate with this. Attached are the pictures of the worker that was working tonight.

Used the laundry service on Sunday 08/08/2021 and the heat inside that place was horrible . The poor lady’s that work there were drench in sweat and when I asked them how long the air conditioning had been down they had explained it had been over a week due to the owners trying to get some one to fix it . Not only is is horrible to have your employee work in this type of heat but it shows how much compassion you have for your customers also . I had to stay in my car until my laundry was done and had to fold my clothes at home .

I went there for the first time to wash a Duvet insert and wasnt sure on the steps to get the machine going. The lady came out with a cart and looked at me and turned to walk away. I had to ask her if she worked there, because I wasnt sure. She told me she did and was very dry and short. Also not sure why she had on a rebel flag mask and shirt. Personal preference?cool. But a business as such shouldnt have employees trying to make statements like that while at work. Especially knowing history and drama behind it. And receiving business from people from all different backgrounds. Not very welcoming.

I went last friday for the 2nd time to go wash my comforter because my washer is too small and it was HOT and HUMID in there. I feel bad for all those ladies working, they looked terrible. I asked one of the ladies why it was so hot and she said because the person in charge dont fix nothing here and dont care.Makes me think twice about going back....

Very clean place to wash clothes. One of the smaller depot locations unless you go to corpus but its definitely the cleanest one around. You can use your debit card for the washers. The only bad thing is the location of this one can get pretty crowded in here for parking and also alot of people use this location. So come early before 12 noon or after 530 pm

The Laundry Depot is the finest laundry mat I have ever used. It is clean. There are plenty of machines, both washers and dryers and they are multiple sizes to fit your needs. You can use quarters, a credit card, your phone or buy a card to use for the machines. If you put $20 on the card you will receive an extra $5. There is always an attendant on hand who is competent, friendly and always ready to help if you have any questions. There are clean restrooms available, vending machines and several televisions set on different channels. There is at least one set on a childrens show. And there is plenty of seating and the hours are many.

Mask mandate dropped. Watched me walk in without a mask. Let me load my clothes, put money in the machine and start washing. Then, harassed me about masks. Asked me to stay outside while my clothes were washing. I wont be back.

The lady there was very rude. Made us take clothes out the dyer even though they were not dried all the way. Said it was closing time so we had to get out. She had said the time for the last clothes to be washed was 9 pm. We had them in at 8:30pm.

Great when they actually close when they are supposed to. 2 girls are always smoking outside and close part of the laundry mat super early. They are not very helpful. But there is a girl who actually does work and keep it open the correct time. So that is what the 3 stars are for otherwise it would be 1 and only for it being better looking that the other laundry mats

There is always an employee there to help, clean and easy to use machines. You can use coins or get one of their cards with extra credits.

I agree with Elizabeth Zambrano. I have been coming here since you opened and everything is great besides the staff members who are consistently outside smoking. I usually come in at 8:00 and the sign says last was at 10 and you close at 11. We’ll half the washers are “shut down for cleaning”. I’ve begun to ignore the signs since a wash only takes 30 min on that side and it’s the side where you accept the cards. Please address the time of the last wash and when the washers are to be shut down with her. It’s not as if she’s cleaning the washers and the floors when I walk in. As mentioned before, she much to concerned with smoking a cigarette.

Great place to go, the staff is very good, very clean, sometimes parking is full but plenty of overflow next door. Good prices, they do great doing your laundry too. Well go back for sure

This place does not honor the sign that states your laundry will be removed! There are several people eating to use the larger washers but 4 are taken by Simone who just left!!! I have been a loyal customer but not any more!! Shame on you

This is where I usually do my laundry. The place is always clean and the staff is great. But to day the girl that is here has not once come out to clean or check on any of the customers to see if anybody needs help. Three of the seven TVs are off and the remaining have no volume. The restrooms are a complete mess. All while the girl sit in the office messing with her phone or her bellybutton piercing. Not to happy. No fans going and getting hot in here.

Open late for us working folks.

I like doing laundry here, though first experience I had with the cleaners service the lady was pretty rude. Otherwise apart from that experience, I do like the washers and driers here. Theres plenty of space and plenty of washers.

The card pay is super, or you can do coin pay if you wish! Really clean machines, floor and folding areas. Wonderful employees! Im hooked!

I love this place its always very clean restrooms are clean staff is usally great big place so its never crowded but today was horrible the girl that was there opened the back door and startes smoking 3 times during the time that i did my laudry it smelled horrible in there i am very sensitive to smoke and my asthma started acting up.
