A team of two or three comes twice monthly for a thorough cleaning of the house. They work together and have proved dependable and efficient. The place looks immaculate when they leave.

My home is so clean Im finding clean spots that I didnt realize were dirty.The ladies worked nonstop and did a great job. I will continue with them.

6 months ago I started having this business clean my house and I was very satisfied with everything. But as the months went on they started being late and pushing my time later each month. I had to call and ask when they would be at my house, the company should be calling me to let me know that the team would be late, yesterday was the last straw. I again had to call and ask where the team was after 6 hours late, when I was informed that the team would be at my house at 5pm, I said No, not that late. So they put me over to the next morning and was still an hour late. No more I have fired them!

Molly Maids are so great! Three delightful cleaners came into my house this morning like cleaning tornados and a few hours later my house was spotless. They brought all of their own supplies and were super professional the whole way through. I will absolutely continue having the Molly Maids regularly clean my house. A+!

The business owner/manager (not sure what her title is)did a thorough walk through and was friendly and courteous and got us on the calendar during the walk through. Then the cleaning team of three was early, professional, courteous and kind. It was a total relief to see our house clean in every corner for the first time in memory. We will be using their services regularly going forward.

I am THE PICKIEST when it comes to cleaning. My partner and I just hired Molly Maid to clean 1x a month and we just had our initial deep clean. I can absolutely give a 10/10 -- I cannot believe a cleaning service is up to my standards. I used to live in California and even there I did not have a cleaning service this detail oriented. They vacuum the furniture and pillows! They clean the window tracks! Every time! I cannot get over how fresh my home smells (even after I was the last one to clean it) and what a wonderful job they did. Our team this time was Andriena and Rosalba. SUCH A GREAT JOB! Cannot overstate how picky I am and how pleased I am with this service!!

Pleasant to speak with. Flexible with details. The apartment looked fabulous afterwards. I was provided a very wide estimate, so I didnt know exactly what it would cost. The receipt arrived several days after the fact, and only then did I know the final price. It was higher than I expected, and did not break down the services by cost. I could not tell you what is included in the job and what costs extra. They are purposefully vague about cost, and thats annoying. Dunno how many hours they were there or how many ladies were working, or if that even affected the price. Ask for clarification before agreeing to a service. The work itself was thorough, Ill give them that. This was my first time using a cleaning service, so now I know what to do differently for next time. I do recommend them. They made that apartment move-in ready. I was impressed. High quality work.

My condo was cleaned for the first time by MOLLY MAIDS, Angelina and Jennifer on 3/8/21. I am very pleased!! They were here on time, fast and efficient, and did a Great Job!!! My home still looks and smells so clean!! They were also friendly and paid close attention to detail!!! They were here one and a half hours and I knew the cost ahead of time so everything I was told by managers Josh and Kevin was right on- no unwanted surprises!!! Molly Maid was great, was able to accommodate a last minute, next day service for a rental property after the first cleaners fell though. Workers showed up on time, were efficient and very thorough. Price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of work. There may be cheaper estimates from other companies out there but you get what you pay for. Or you get bailed on at the last minute by Handy subcontractors like I did. Will definitely hire Molly Maid again.

I’m so thankful for Pilar and Genn. They do an amazing job. Even the weird stain in the tub that’s been there for years is completely gone, somehow with all non-toxic supplies!And Julia, Petra, and Genny have been great too!

Molly Maid team is amazing!! I literally booked online the evening before and they were there ready to tackle my place at 9a the next morning! The team took a lot of interest in learning where I wanted them to focus on. 3 hours later I returned home and couldn’t believe it’s transformation! They got behind every little nook and cranny and were so careful to move things with care. I wish I’d had them come years ago! Would highly recommend for attention to detail, efficiency, and good communication. Looking forward to having them come again in the future!

We had family coming to town and needed a cleaning. After trying to get 2 other companies to come out without success given that we only gave a wees lead time (which seems like enough for a large cleaning service to handle but apparently it was asking too much of the others) we found Molly Maid and were really surprised by the high level of quality, responsiveness and thoroughness we experienced. They arrived early, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Our team Flor and Sarai came in and tackled a house that hadnt been professionally cleaned since quarantine began in March 2020. They did it with smiles on their faces and were absolutely delightful. I do think the cost is not cheap, but you do get what you pay for if you want an excellent job done, which they did.

We got a deep clean after living in the house 3 years and they wiped down walls, dusted corners and literally deep cleaned the whole house. Now I can concentrate on up keep but we have decided to have them visit monthly if not bi weekly.

I had Molly Maid clean my Mom’s house because we are putting it on the market. The team did an exceptional job doing stuff I didn’t even think of needing cleaning. The door tracks, the blinds, shelf cleaning not to mention the sparkling bathrooms! They were on time to the job and very professional! I have never used a cleaning service before and was skeptical but they went above and beyond my expectations and will be using them in the future again if I need anything cleaned!! Would highly recommend this company!

Left all the waste and dust from the clean in a less than paper thin cheap plastic bad outside my front door. When I picked it up it immediately broke and all the garbage and dust when everywhere like a I was in bad comedy movie. Avoid this company at all cost

I had another service cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. I was moving into a newly vacated home and had the movers already scheduled for a Friday.I called on a Wednesday afternoon and Molly Maid sent a 2 person crew to my new place the following day, Thursday.What lifesavers! They did a great job and were very efficent. Per usual, they had all the supplies and tools needed.And both of the crew members had Molly Maid brands masks which I greatly appreciated.5 of 5 stars!

Awesome transformation from dusty, drab, and embarrassingly dirty (we have a big black dog whose hair seems to drop to the floor with every step she takes) to now sparkling and NO doggie hair visible anywhere!The great crew of Katlyn, Marta, and Kari were personable, thorough and attentive to details. I called mollymaid and they sent a team to clean my apartment the next day. i just needed a one time clean to help with some messes from a previous sub-letter and to prepare for a new roommate. i wasn’t sure if that was something i was going to be able to afford with a budget of $150-$200 but it was! seems like molly maid has great rates compared to the other places i looked into. i was able to write out a list of the rooms and things that i wanted help with and Team 4 was amazing. they really listened to the list and then some. it was such a treat to come home to a clean apartment like that ! felt brand new. i can tell that team 4 was careful and kind as they moved about— the energy feels good and my cat has been stretching and rolling around on the carpet tonight — something he is usually not relaxed enough to do :) thank u thank u!!!

I had my first cleaning service (a deep clean required the first time) and Im thrilled. Sandy & Frankie did a wonderful job. My floors really needed some love and then never looked so good. I was surprised at the attention to detail. They cleaned some shelves that havent been dusted in ages... and my ceiling fans are no longer furry!!! Life is good. Money well spent. My house has never been so clean! I thought I was pretty good at cleaning my house until Michelle from Molly Maid came with her team -- bathrooms, floors and kitchen look brand new. I dont know how they did it. The owner, Kate, was also very professional and thorough in her initial walk-through and estimate. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic! The house was spotless

Charged me $390 to clean a 1600 sq foot house that was unoccupied and empty. No furniture, nothing. I asked for a deep clean and for cabinets, baseboards and closets to be included in the cleaning.After the cleaning team came through I found scum still all over the stove, the cabinets were not cleaned and I found multiple gooey sticky messes from the previous occupants of the house. Seems like they came in did a light cleaning and then charged me the maximum they could according to the quote provided. I do not see myself working with Molly Maid again or recommending them.

My neighbors recommended Molly Maid to me and Im glad they did. Team 2 (Jess and Siena) did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They were friendly and professional while doing a thorough job in each room. I was very pleased with the final results and will definitely use their service in the future. Thanks again Team 2!

This company has ben great especially for last minute scheduling, which I appreciate. They have excellent customer service. Sometimes they miss a couple corners but are quick to clean up anything they have missed if you ask. They are quick too.

I had two emergency surgeries back to back just as we were getting ready to list our house for sale and I was desperate to get the house cleaned and Molly Maids came shining through and to the rescue with just a few days notice. Katelyn and Rosie (Team #3) did an amazing job! Im a pretty clean housekeeper and these women did an even better job than I do. The house is listed and our realtor was very happy with how the house looked. I would hire these guys again in a second. Professional and nice and they did an amazing job.

I would definitely recommend Molly Maid as a house cleaning service. I would actually recommend that you request Alma and Randall from Molly Maid! They are so genuine and sweet as well as professional and cleans efficiently and thoroughly. They have even entertained any question or comment from my three year old! If you have a coupon for them, just remind hen of it as they dont have a way of automatically applying it to the cleanings and have forgotten, but easily applies when reminded.

I hired MM to do the first deep clean followed by regular upkeep cleanings. The first team that came out missed a lot.. Then the company sent Alma and Rosie team #2 to clean up everything that was missed and I was very pleased with them. It was a bit more expensive than I originally bargained for and the regular upkeep will be more than my last service but this team has pride in their work. So as long as I have this team on the job I am pleased!

I’m a landlord and needed a move-out cleaning for my rental. It was unexpected that I would need a cleaning so I need it short notice. I called one company for a weekend clean and was quoted for their over time and then called Molly Maid and was quoted $200 less!Katelyn, Alma & Lauren showed up and cleaned quickly and efficiently. When they were finishing up, they asked for me to do a thorough walk-through to spot any places missed. There was one spot, but it was taken care of because I was there. Later, while talking with the owner Kate, she said they have a 24-hr guarantee and will come back and take care of any issue thereafter. This was nice to know for the future in case I can’t be at my rental on the day of. Speaking of Kate, she’s very involved in her company, attentive to all my questions I had about billing and will take the time to resolve any issue within a reasonable amount of time. Looking forward to future business and professional relationship as a landlord with Molly Maid!

We are pleased to say that Molly Maids employees do a great job. We have just signed up with their service and are glad we did!! We have been with this service for a while now and theyve done a good job. They dontrush through the job but pay attention everything that needs to be done.The personnel that comes are pleasant and are willing to do things theway I want them done.

Had a team of two ladies (Team #2, Michelle and Jess) come out to clean walls in the living room and kitchen of a new-to-me home. They were both pleasant people, and seemed to do a good job. I tipped them both for their efforts. One was clearly new (she asked the more experienced woman what to do several times), and I later discovered that the new gal wasnt as thorough as the experienced lady. The walls the newer cleaner tackled were still sooty under the curtains. I would have removed the curtains for easier access, but I didnt see that it would be an issue, and I wasnt made aware it would be better to do. Anyway, a bit disappointing after the fact, considering the price I paid, but a decent enough job overall.

We just had our 2700 SQ FT house cleaned after 2 years with outside help (we were doing it ourselves). I was impressed with the whole process: from the initial call, estimate over the phone, cleaners appearing on time, provided a thorough cleaning, listened well to our instructions and offered to take out of the garbage!
