Derrick was great to work with from the get go. Up front we were told it could take 20-24 weeks for our tub to be delivered. Derrick worked his magic and got ours to us in under 8 weeks. We had a few jet covers pop off and their service team was scheduled to repair before the delivery team departed. Derrick also stopped by after the tub was up and running to make sure we knew what we were doing and help with the water treatment. Great from day #1.

Editing from 5-stars to 2-stars. Be very careful purchasing Hot Springs, or from Oregon Hot Tub. You are buying into a closed ecosystem. As such, they charge ~$200 to simply diagnose problems, then any OEM parts ($$$!) and jacked up labor is on top of that. The pump on my Hot Springs tub died after only 2 years. Numerous hot tub brands use industry standard pumps and parts and, as such, parts and repairs are much cheaper. Net/Net - purchasing from Oregon Hot Tub locks you into a very expensive ecosystem where there is a monopoly on parts and labor. FYI.

We love our new Vanguard Hot tub with the salt water system. We got a great buy on our package. We purchased our first Vanguard in 2001 and it lasted 18 years with minimal service. Oregon Hot tubs are the best. Dale Carper is our salesman but better than that, he knows the system inside out. Recently I had an issue with the free Chlorine test. Dale walked me through the process is checking and cleaning the salt sensor saving us an expensive service call. Thanks, Dale!

I purchased a starter chemical kit a couple weeks ago in preparation for a hot tub I purchased online for a beach rental. After the hit tub arrived, I found out that the management company pays for all the maintenance costs for the hot tub, including chemicals, within their management fees. So, I went to return the unopened kit. The person working there said he couldnt let me return the kit, because they dont allow returns. I told him it is an unopened $130 kit and that I had the receipt. Why couldnt I return it? He suggested that I sell the kit to my property manager! I cant think of any store that would not accept a return for a completely unopened and unused item.The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because I thought the person who originally sold me the item was extremely helpful and professional. I just wish he was at the store when I tried to return it...

I had a great, great experience with Oregon Hot Tub. Dale, the sales rep, couldnt have been more helpful. This was true while he was helping my wife and me choose a hot tub model and this helpfulness continued after we bought the hot tub. I mean, he called me from his home to see how my set-up was going when I first filled my new hot tub. Who does that?!?! Any time I called after that with some question or another, he would be equally helpful. Nothing but good things to say.

We chose to buy a hot springs model after extensive research including online investigation and in store trials (even multiple wet tests of different brands). Based on this, we discovered that hot springs had superior hydromassage and overall just a higher quality product. Our decision was made even easier by our excellent customer service experience. Tammy is approachable, friendly and informative, she was competent as well as accommodating and best of all, we felt no pressure! We have had our tub for almost a year now and have been very pleased with both the tub and the service we received.

I have been waiting to write this review because I not only wanted to comment on Oregon Hot Tub’s service, but also their product quality. My wife and I purchased a Grandee model hot tub 1 year ago from the Clackamas location and Dale Carper was the sales person who helped us out. I can’t speak highly enough regarding how helpful Dale was right from the moment we walked in the front door. Dale was informative, friendly, personable and knowledgeable, while not being pushy. Before selling us the hot tub, Dale made a special trip to our home to consult us on what location would be best and how best to prep the location. He also made himself completely available after the sale to answer the many questions we had. The 4 young men who delivered the hot tub were also very professional and careful with the installation. The tub itself has worked flawlessly, after some additional adjustments a month or so after the initial installation. As well, the assistance and response we received from the service department regarding these adjustments was prompt and professional. I know this tub is not the cheapest in town, but I’m a believer in getting what you pay for, and so far, after one year of use, we could not be happier with it and with Oregon Hot Tub. On a separate note, I called Hot Springs Spas in California with a question and got right trough to customer service and they were also extremely helpful.

They didnt want to tell me the prices until I came in. When she told me the small hot tub I wanted was $16,000 I said that was more than double what I paid for a LARGER one a few years ago. She said these are the Cadillacs of Hot Tubs. So if you want to pay double or triple, shop here. Otherwise go down the street and pay $6000 for the same size hot tub.

Cynthia is great! Ask for her when you go in and she will take great care of you. We enjoyed working with her as she made sure we got the spa that was right for us!

We had them come out to service our old hot tub and They replaced the heater. over the next year we didnt use the hot tub often because it didnt seem to work right and we were very busy. I discovered that the seal on the pump was improperly reinstalled so we were leaking a lot of water. We also found the new heater leads grounded to the control box causing a short and some arcing. I expect better service for the amount of money we paid.

Visited to look at the hotsprings spas and was greeted by Dale. He answered all our questions and encouraged us to try the spa out in their private room. In every conversation with the service department, Ive been met with resistance and combativeness. They bureaucracy of policies have made it difficult for me to work with them. Ive been forced to buy parts from other companies and do repairs myself. I wish Id bought somewhere else. They are refusing to reimburse my receipts.

We got a hottub 6 months ago and being a first time user, Dale has helped me out plenty of times and answered all of my questions. Oregon hottub costumer service is amazing and i recommend it to anyone who wants to get a hottub from a local reputable company. They delivered the tub in 2 Days and gave me a starter kit that lasted me 6 months while enjoying the hottub 2-3 times per week.

Had a bad experience with a sales person from other location which the manager handled very well and kept me as a customer. By then, I had met Dean Thurston at the Clackamas store and he was simply wonderful. No pressure, very informed, knew every detail to get before I could think of it, then handled a problem with the wiring on a Saturday to save my first hot tub party! (Not a hot tub issue - just wired wrong.) I LOVE my new Sovereign! Had to hire a crane and barge to haul it to my houseboat and up on the THIRD floor roof. OHT worked flawlessly with that crew, too, and the young guys who placed it up there were just WONDERFUL! So glad I went with OHT now! Not cheap, but very high quality.

Prepay OHT $150 upfront to come out and diagnose my hot tub? Why does OHT think thats ok? With all your 5 stores I can see why you need to charge that? But, your not worth it and this is why! Get a grip and get with the times! When I called you Thats all I had to spend and it took your tech 10 minutes? Really? YOUR NOT WORTH IT! Didnt even fix it just quoted me another $600 for a pump? Come on!! $750 for a pump replacement!? Ill find another company who has not so much overhead to compensate for ??? $150 doesnt even get applied to my final bill...Wow! Do not recommend OHT!!! Terrible experience!!!
