I started coming to Fierce about 4 weeks ago and I can’t even begin to explain how much I love this place. Everyone is so welcoming, the workouts are insane and every one is different and hard in its own ways, and the staff are great and extremely helpful in guiding you through correct movements and such as you learn the ropes. By far the most efficient workout I’ve done yet.

Since joining last year, Fierce Fitness has made a huge impact in my life. I actually enjoy working out!! I’ve tried so many different fitness classes, been to lots of gyms, and this is by far the most FUN workout ever. The instructors change up each class so no class is ever the same. I enjoy kickboxing so much that I stepped up my game by doing one on one training sessions with Brittany. She is such an amazing teacher who is helping me to become stronger and pushes me beyond what I thought I was physically capable of. I have more confidence and feel totally empowered. I would recommend Fierce Fitness to anyone looking for a great workout that is challenging, enjoyable and inspiring.

This gym is amazing!! Ive been coming to Fierce Fitness for a few months now, and honestly I must say its really changed my life. Ive lost weight, built muscle, and feel so much stronger, healthier and more confident! Brittany is the best instructor and is always so friendly and motivating! She’ll teach you proper techniques and help you achieve your fitness goals! Fierce Fitness Kickboxing is the best gym I have been to in a long time. I actually look forward to working out now and can see real differences in my body and mind from these workouts. The environment is so positive and the music is always upbeat. Brittany is a great instructor and is always so supportive. If you havent been here yet, you definitely need to give this place a try. No doubt you will want to keep coming back.

I love Fiece Fitness! It is an amazing workout! After a long day at work, it feels great getting to punch and kick the bag around. The people are friendly and make working out fun! I highly recommend going to at least one class to see how much fun a workout class can be! :D

I love Fierce Kickboxing! Candice and Brittany are awesome, every class is slightly different and it is a GREAT workout. Ive been going here for over 6 months and look forward to class every week. Great workout, great people, wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

I love these classes, I love the people, I love the instructors. I love fierce fitness. After 2.5 years I am still challenged every time I walk through the door. I am a much happier person when I work out on a regular basis and when I leave this studio I feel like gold. Prices are awesome for twice a week. I have also done personal training with Brittany and it was amazing. It has helped me out so much with my technique and I feel like I get a better workout in the group classes because of it. I highly recommend you try it out. I cant get enough.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! ...for so many reasons. I joined Fierce Fitness about 2 & 1/2 months ago looking for a way to get back into shape. When I came to a free trial day at the new Tigard location, I was greeted by Brittany and Candice’s smiling faces. They were both so friendly, and weren’t pushy at all. This gym is open to all levels of fitness, and they help you with your individual goals. I was also so happy to see how much we actually punch and kick bags (not just air kickboxing). I’ve played volleyball, basketball, ran long distances, lifted weights, have done at-home Beach Body work outs, and I can easily say, I’ve never sweat so much in my life! These 50 minute work outs are so much fun, and go by really fast! Not only are the instructors incredible, but the members are just as encouraging. I needed a class to hold me accountable, and feel motivated to actually go. Fierce Fitness has done just that, and I’m SO much stronger than I’ve been in a very long time! If you give this gym a try, you will not regret it.

I have been going to Fierce Fitness for four years total. The workouts are AMAZING, they are challenging and fun at the same time. Coach Brittany is always encouraging, and willing to help with the proper form in every exercise. Excellent kickboxing gym for a newbie like myself! The instructors teach you proper technique and form, and each class offers a great cardio workout! The energy and music will fuel your motivation in class and time flies while youre working out. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a fun workout. The owners regularly run specials for reduced prices on class packages so keep a lookout for those as well!

I am completely addicted! Ive been coming here for more than 8 years and I love feeling healthy and strong. Its a great workout for the whole body, and I appreciate that I can work as hard as I want to or ease back a bit if I need to. I had done kickboxing classes in the past and when I moved to Portland I had a hard time finding a class that I liked, until I found Fierce Fitness. It is one of the best workouts hands down! The two instructors are amazing and very informative and helpful. They make sure to come around and make sure you are doing the moves correctly. It is also a really supportive environment where you don’t feel like you are being judged. Everyone is helping one another. I can’t recommend them enough. If I still lived in Portland I’d still be a member. If you are looking for a positive environment and an amazing workout then this is the place!!

This is the first time Ive found a workout program and stuck with it! Fierce Fitness is fun, intense and really changed my body. This isnt aerobic kick boxing, were talking, let out your aggression and stress on those bags! Candice and Brittany are supportive and sweet and you can adjust your workout as needed. Great value!

I was an injured runner 5 years ago when I first tried Fierce Fitness. I had no idea what I was doing, but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. I instantly fell in love with the workouts and the community - and Ive been hooked ever since! I cannot say enough about Fierce and instructor Brittany. I get my butt kicked every time, and I just keep coming back for more. Ive gained strength, confidence, fitness, coordination, health, and friends - and my running has improved. On top of all that, my Fierce community supported me through the sudden death of my father last year. The support and workouts saved my mental health.

Coach Brittany is super attentive to the needs of both beginners and advanced students.I especially like that the workouts are structured in a way that all ability levels can work out together and support one another. I also like that it’s something my partner and I can do together.

I love Fierce Fitness. It honestly has been life changing for me. I struggle with a lot of mental health issues due to a lot of trauma in my life. Fierce Fitness has been a safe place for me to relieve anxiety, anger, and stress. Not only has it made me physically more strong but also mentally strong. Brittney and Candice are so kind and amazing instructors. These workouts are not easy, but they are so fun! You will not regret trying it out.

Fierce Fitness has changed my life! I have been kickboxing at Fierce Fitness for about a year now and Ive never felt so physically and mentally strong. Ive also never been healthier or been in better shape. Its really empowering to put on your gloves and hit the crap out of the bag, especially when you need to relieve some stress. By far the best head-to-toe workout Ive ever experienced! The owners/instructors truly care about you and push you to work at your 100%, whatever that may be. I fall off of my exercise routine at times, but I always find my way back to Fierce Fitness and I am welcomed with warmth and then they push me to give it my all.

Im not the only one who has said it, but Fierce Fitness has totally changed my life and outlook on working out. Ive been doing private sessions with Brittany for about a year now and I can honestly say its been one of the best experiences. She listens to my goals, designs each session to meet my needs and does the perfect blend of pushing me to work harder while praising every second of progress. Im in the best shape of my life and the confidence it brings me carries over into other aspects as well. Its motivated me to work on my diet, which is something I never thought I would want to do. Its an incredibly welcoming place and they work to remove any anxiety you might feel about trying something new. Whatever your motivation is for trying a new workout (health, stress relief, weight loss, muscle gain) they will partner with you to help you accomplish your goals. Fierce Fitness is an awesome neighborhood fitness gym. I’ve been a member for 7+ years, and I have always found it both challenging and fun. It’s still the only kickboxing class I’ve found that includes both punching and kicking on a bag (most are only punching on a bag). It’s also the only group class I’ve convinced my husband to join!

Im new to kickboxing and not the most coordinated when it comes to physically demanding activities. All of my fears were put to rest thanks to Brittany with her clear instruction and patience while I learned the moves. Im now preparing for my first title match. OK, maybe not, but I get a great workout and am in better shape than Ive been in a long time.

I am sooo glad I noticed this gym just driving by one day last summer. I took one class and immediately bought a membership. This gym is very clean and well maintained, the music is upbeat and fun, the instructors are experienced and very knowledgeable. Brittany goes the extra mile and helps correct form and technique during the classes and gives great advice on diet and pre/post workout tips. LOVE THIS GYM!!!

Huge fan of Fierce Fitness here! I have been a member since 2009, when I was engaged to get married and looking to get fit for my wedding. Nine years later, I am now married and have an 18-month-old girl, and I have continued to go to FF get back to my pre-baby shape! I was excited to find out that FF moved to Tigard, and is just down the street from my new home. Candice and Brittany are fantastic instructors and get me burning some serious calories! The new studio is spacious and clean, and the equipment is well maintained. And you will seriously work up a sweat here. Love that the studio is open and welcoming to all fitness levels, including new moms like myself.

I have been a member of Fierce Fitness Kickboxing for many years, for me their classes always provide a great full body workout. The classes not only benefit my cardio and core strength, they provide great stress release which is mentally beneficial!Their new location in Tigard is a spacious, clean, friendly atmosphere, and offer a nice variety of workouts, for beginners and to the more experienced.
